Hi Sue 💗 Thank you for joining Lorraine and myself during this healing transmission. So glad to hear it's had a profound effect, and that you've utilised for a couple of days now! I'd not heard of Pellowah until you had mentioned it, but having looked into it further, it does seem to have a number of similarities. I think the only difference is that rahanni predominantly focuses on working with the 5d energies channelling these through celestial pink Angel's, Archangels and ascended masters for whatever purpose the individual seeking healing is needing at the time. Having looked at Pellowah though, I may have to consider trying this at some point. It sounds incredible ❤. I will need to do this again.?I had just gotten a jolt before we started. That was just calming until I heard “ you are lovable”. That caused a panicked jolt ! I spend the remainder trying to calm down. Any suggestions?
Sorry not sorry you had a jolt, love 💜. Without speaking to you and knowing more, I would say it’s an emotional wound that needs healing. As mentioned in the session, start questioning and tapping into your highest self/intuition. Look out for sensations in your body, for example your hands might start tingling. Or you may feel pressure in your chest, over your chakra points. So many variables and we are all different. If you could see this as a good thing instead of it creating panic. You can soothe your nervous system by box breathing as often we shallow breathe which kicks off the flight or flight mode. Much more to say, but hope some of this helps my lovely 💜🙏xxxx
It depends, sometimes the colours can relate to our chakras or angels. As we mentioned, when you see the colours ask your highest self the meaning of each colour, then trust what comes through for you Tina xx
