Right!! I wasn't even disappointed that I broke it so fast.. It ran so well I didn't give a f. Need some limit straps for the arms. Actually excited to get it back out. Thanks for watching my friend 👊🤘
Thank you Steve! Man I was thinking in my head as I was running it. Wow is this thing fun. Is this gonna be my go to rig? Then I got whiskey throttle and landed that jump all jacked up lol. I got a load of spare parts from "some dude" about a week ago. All is good again. Appreciate the support my friend 👊🤘
Thank You!!! Couldn't have said it better! We work hard for our money. I like to be as wise with it as possible. Saved some money repurposing that OBR engine that has been in a drawer. Now to sort out the shocks and some limit straps. I think it will be formidable. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘
Thank you so much! That engine is so impressive. It pushed my 43 pound Losi mtxl around for a year no problems. Now it is hitting the high notes in here. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘
Kris I really appreciate that man! I had no friggin clue what I was doing. So I kinda drug my feet doing it. As you can see I skimped using stock shocks with no limiters. Had no idea they broke that easy. Thanks for watching brother 👊🤘
Yo John thanks man! It is my first attempt at a baja truck. Seems pretty fragile. But they are stock ten year old shocks too. I just rebuilt the innerds. Thanks for watching my friend 👊🤘
@@SteelCityRC your welcome!! The old plastic ends get brittle !! I’m sure the new end with wd40 soaked in will do the trick !! Soak those arms too !! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks man! I was just starting to have fun. Then I held into the throttle too long. Front end too high. It rolled. It's day over 😁 but man that OBR in there. Loving it. Dude I had no idea you have a 12S baja truck. Has to be a handful hey?
@@SteelCityRC I use it on the ice in the winter time , , 63 mph is my top speed so far with the SMC Lipos, there some video of it on my page , not the best lol , living on the lake I have a lot of Karen’s complaining on my gas RC ,s so brushless seams to keep them quite 🤞
Thank you brother! I agree. Plastic is where it's at. Unfortunately I broke a shock end in that crash lol. Some good shocks and limit straps I think it will be an animal. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘
Thanks man! I feel a good running small bore is where it's at in the type of baja truck I want. I enjoy jumping and rooting around. Thanks for the eyeballs brother 👊🤘
Awesome G! She sounds good and was REALLY gettin it across the field! Seems like a natural in the air too! Glad to see you’re pleased with it now! I was confident in the setup personally. That is a great engine! Glad it was minor damage brother!
Todd! Thanks man! I was having so much fun. It was running fantastic. Jumping well. Till I was a bit too much into the throttle on the last jump. No air control so setup is key. Hope to see ya before summer ends! 👊🤘
Play, fix & repeat. Thanks for sharing G 👊😎👍

there's nothing wrong with wanting to keep your hard earned money in your pocket, rather then someone elses! Great video and sweet rig man !

Nice man👍 crap happens! , I put the Kraken arms and hung pins on my 5T also love the stance now, also I converted it to brushless 12s

Love the Baja! I would definitely keep most of this parts plastic! I tried metal before and the plastic is actually better because of the flex IMO!

@@SteelCityRC Can't wait to see it rip again! Something about those trucks with a gas motor just seems awesome to me!
Nice rip👍
Thanks RC brother! Had some carnage too soon. But tons of fun doing it. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘
Great set up. Looked good in the air. I love a good running small bore! 🤜🤛🤝

Irc big bore shocks and limited cables from swing P
Hello. That is exactly what I did. But used straps and Kraken extended plastic arms. Been a beast. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘
Great video! Where did you get those specific 19/55 gears?
Hey thanks! I am using a UFC clutch and bell and Blackbone gears. All ordered from Detroit Performance RC. Appreciate you stopping by 👊 🤘
sweet! Is that the same gear that can be used on the two speed because thats the only one i can find@@SteelCityRC
@@Openseason2011 yes it is. Remember that those gears require a special bell for fitment. Center hole is different.
Too bad your fun was cut short.
Right!! Thank you so much for watching!!
