DHL is not good enough. They do not even have a proper telephone number in UK. There is a chargeable number at 7 pence per minute for making money for DHL though.
any one know how to get a reply from customer service dept? my package is 2 weeks late and all ive had is automated misinformation "we will try to deliver your parcel next working day' 12 days later nothing. this company seems to be truly committed to ignoring its customers
