I love this choreography and this song so much, because they pull so many dance elements from other genres and they also pull elements musically so it feels like the perfect choreography for this song. If they had gone with some other choreography that is more typical to see in kpop, it wouldn't suit this song that has such a different sound musically. Seventeen synchronized kings of musicality - always looking to show a journey in the dance that fits the music perfectly. All while somehow managing to rotate and feature every member of the group beautifully - oh and sing. hahahahaha They're actually insane.
Seventeen’s musical-inspired choreo has always been my favourite. In particular because to me, it is like a callback to their earlier days. Their three first songs: Adore U (debut), Mansae (1st comeback) and Pretty U (3rd comeback) really had that vibe as well and to see them revisiting it (5 years after their debut) in a more mature way was quite wholesome to see. I really highly recommend you check out their early works as well. Like Aju Nice and Adore U. You can really see that their skills have been honed in since then.
Thank you for your reaction seventeen is definitely the kings of synchronisation and also called theatre kid's of kpop, it's hard to recommend you specific songs cause all of them are crazy ,but these are my favourite ( thanx , call call call, getting closer, falling flower)
