- In this video I am in White Pine county (about 3.5 to 4 hours from Las Vegas) doing a video tour of the Big Four Ranch Brothel. In White Pine county there is legalized prostitution in brothels. We start outside the building, but soon go inside to see the entry area, a room where you can negotiate with the girls working there, a bedroom, a leather massage room and a room for the women who live at the brothel. This brothel is smaller than some of the more popular ones like Chicken Ranch or Mustang Ranch, and is very popular with truckers driving through Nevada.

@@glenmashaba 🤣🤣🤣🤣 not impromptu. They asked for time to clean up and make pretty. I couldn't take my eyes of all the details. The flower print/ artwork was hang up skew and the pantties and slips were on the walls tacked on with wall tacks. ( the ones we used for boards in school to put tour drawings on) Not knocking at all I just loved that I had time to look at almost everything. We couldn't go to the to ther other rooms because they hadn't been dolled up like the ones we saw. Imagine going in there with one of those UV LIGHTS!!! This is all on a light note. So cool to see..

Prostitution is not legal in Las Vegas or the surrounding county. That’s why you have to drive an hour or more to find a brothel
When I was 19 I worked for a vending machine company in Reno and one of my stops was a brothel outside of Carson City filling their vending machines in the women’s dining room. I remember them being very nice to me 😀

You have to wonder what the psychological effects are when living in a place like this for an extended period of time. Being so far out in a very small communal living space, there has to be an element of isolation.
Psychological? Try physical. Dry air plus elevation can cause a bloody nose. I stopped by years ago for a drink-nothing more-years ago on my way to Wendover. The girl working there was the only black girl in town. She told me about how common nosebleeds were in that area and story about how she was walking downtown and saw a black guy on the street. They were both amazed to see another black person and just started talking to each other trying to figure out how the other one got there.
It was her choice dumm-e we all have them she could easily apply at Costco so don’t be dramatic

I always see the huge “VIP Spa in Ely NV” sign each time I turn at the highway intersection just North of Lund, Nevada .. the sign is only 30 minutes South of Ely and I’ve always wanted to go there for a massage, but I had no idea it was connected to a brothel too! Actually this location had been filmed about 45yrs ago by Alan Wicker - a British Documentary maker.
In the heady Seventies one could arrive there by plane. The chap that originally owned the place, Ironically, was a former Preacher.
During the filming Japanese delegates had arrived at the ranch. The documentary was thoroughly enjoyable at the time.
This was free advertising for the Brothel! And now I can honestly say I’ve “been inside” of a brothel…

While on a drive out to Pahrump, the wife and I visited the Chicken Ranch to buy a shot glass for her collection. The gift shop out front was closed but they had some at the bar and the madam asked since we were there if we would like a tour and had one of the "ladies" gave basically the same tour you did at that brothel. On a side note, RIP Dennis Hof.

Back in the '70's a fraternity brother and I went on a road trip to Reno. We stayed at the UNR chapter of our fraternity and drank and partied with our Nevada frat bros. One of the first questions they asked was "Have you guys been to the butt hut yet?" Local slang for the Mustang Ranch.
