Not sure why you chose a smaller stadium as the largest in Canada. There are several that are quite a bit larger than TD Place Stadium. That's not even the biggest stadium in Ontario.
Wembley Stadium, Estadio Azteca, Estadio Maracana They are considered the only temples of world football. Soon, Camp Nou and Santiago Bernabeu will be included when they dispute their probably future World Cup 2030 and Eurocopa that hosts that country.
Just a little bragging here, but in the southern US there are literally dozens and dozens of football stadiums that hold 14,000 + fans. High school football fans. In South Georgia I live within a hours drive of three. Very well maintained too. I understand Texas has a lot of such venues.
