- Its time to install the McNasty 11-16 Front Bumper Kit. This kit is the ONLY kit on the market for the Superduty conversions, and the quality is top notch. Yes you can run the bumper with just the drop down plates and maybe you can flop some brackets together yourself, but this kit high quality and i highly suggest it if you are doing the 11-16 nose swap.

Thank you
As a new 7.3 owner I appreciate all of your videos man. I try to watch the ads when your videos are cast to my TV. I hope to be able to accomplish what you’ve done also, to my truck. I own a hybrid daily driver also, a Honda CRZ, hahaha. Good luck man I’m subscribing
The truck is coming along. Looks good Nick

Thanks man
I get geeked when i get ur notification.. Love seeing the work behind it all
Thanks man lol
Nice job Nick. Those McNasty frame end caps would have done a bit of a better job of keeping water out if McNasty hadn't cut the "M" in there. They should have just etched the M.
Yea I agree, probably in all metal parts etched would be better
Looking good man!
Thanks
I didn't use the McNasty bumper kit. The Bumper boted up no problem. The top notch of the bumper will bolt to the bottom notch on the frame. I put a half inch bolt and nut in the frame, and raised it up. If you want no gap, drill a half inch hole above the slot and then cut the sides from the slot to the hole to extend the height of the bottom slot. Adjust and put the nut and bolt at the height you want your bumper. Put the nut on the front tide to bring the Bumper out away front the frill a little bit, and then bolt the bumper on. You can make a steel plat and bolt it to the frame with two lower notches if you want. The braces on the side of the 2011 bumper will bolt right up to the frame on the 2004. So should work on the rerst as well. The two notches that bolt to the 2011 truck on the brace need to be bent. Bend the end of those braces right at the notches so it will fit right in and bolt to the steel piece that sits just below the frame. It matches right up to it. Nearly lines up to the hole in it. You will need to drill holes to bolt it, but the bracket will fit in the if you bend it right at the notches. Just hold it in there, and see where it lines up.
Good job buddy love your videos! It's Evan wise off powerswap
Thanks brother
