he is very amazing.. really like him.. ❤
You can tell he is such intellectual person from the way his puts his words wisely even in an impromptu conversation like this, for instances like saying “fams, supporters “ instead of “fans” and using words like “non locals of Nagaland” like wow , so much of wisdom at that age!!! That’s why he’s one of my fav!!! The voice, the looks, the personality, the talent, the humbleness the list goes on… keep it up my dear … you’re going places in no time!! Lot more success to come❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉
Hahahahahhahahahahah🤣
YES! He truly is a thoughtful and intentional one. Thank you so much for recognizing and appreciating him the way you have! Your support means the world to both him and our entire team. Let’s continue to cheer for him as he soars to greater heights!

@@MunguliSangtamAre you adopted??
Waoh.. The skill and taste graph, amazing❤
Thank you so much for noticing and for your kind words! It’s something I’ve always been deeply passionate about-how both skill and taste evolve and grow over time.
The "gap between taste and skill" is such a fascinating concept, especially for creatives. It’s that stage where you can recognize and appreciate exceptional work (good taste), but you feel like your own creations don’t measure up yet (developing skill). This gap can feel frustrating, but it’s also one of the most powerful motivators for growth.
Taste, in particular, is like a compass for creativity. It guides you toward higher standards and helps you refine your craft. The more you immerse yourself in different perspectives, challenge your comfort zones, and stay consistent in your efforts, the more both your taste and skill start to align. I often think of it as a graph-initially, the gap might be wide, but with time, intentionality, and hard work, the lines start converging, and that’s when the magic happens.
I am so glad this resonated with you-it’s a conversation I feel needs more attention, especially in creative spaces. Thank you for engaging so thoughtfully and being part of this journey.
God bless.

Sir , Could you kindly share your journey with us? Did you attend an art college? If so, which department were you a part of? Additionally, could you explain your path in graphic design and share your perspective on pursuing a career in graphic design in Nagaland?
Thank you so much for your thoughtful question!
Yes, I did attend an art college-I am went to Savannah College of Art and Design, with a BFA in Graphic Design with a minor in Illustration. Its an American Art College, I started back in 2018 in the Hong Kong Campus. Graphic design has always been more than just a career path for me; it’s a way to tell stories, solve problems, and connect with people. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of clients, ranging from local businesses to global brands, on projects that include branding, website design, and packaging.
When it comes to pursuing a career in graphic design in Nagaland-or anywhere for that matter-I believe it’s a mix of dedication, adaptability, and passion for continuous learning. In Nagaland, there’s so much potential for design to grow, especially as businesses and individuals start recognizing its value in building strong brands and meaningful connections. While the market may not yet be as large as in metropolitan areas, the sense of community and the stories waiting to be told provide a lot of opportunities to start with.
I started out as a graphic designer and illustrator, working on a variety of projects that included leading campaigns and bringing creative visions to life. Over time, I slowly expanded my offerings into web design and development, allowing me to take on more diverse projects. As more clients began to trust me with their brands, I transitioned into the role of a creative director for multiple companies.
I feel incredibly blessed and favored to be able to work from home while working with and for companies from all around the world. It's been an amazing journey, and I’ve had the privilege of working with renowned brands like Rajasthan Royals and MAC Cosmetics. I am currently in the best place of my life being able to make a living and even support things like this pod, fully supported by my work in graphic design.
If you’d like to see more of my work or learn about the projects I’ve been part of, feel free to check out my portfolio at www.sangtam.in.
I will definitely be sharing a lot more about my journey and experiences in every episode of the pod. There's so much I’ve learned along the way, and I can’t wait to share those insights with you all. I’d really encourage you to keep watching, as there’s a lot more to come that I hope will inspire and resonate with you. :))
