Can’t believe it Luke that Kmart Esky is still going 3 years later best and the cheapest esky on the market, l noticed some time ago you broke the tip off your Jarvis walker knife that knife brain spiked so many fish and you use to show us you spiking them back then and it spent so much time on the floor l expected one week for you to lose a toe but that’s gone, but the esky still kicking goals, still watching you every week mate since the start. Still love your adventures.

It's crazy it's still going. It's more a experiment at this stage to see how far it will go 😂. It was more gritty in the early days how I have evolved. Thankyou for your ongoing support I do appreciate it 🤝👍

Less pineapple syrup replaced with honey will give you your glaze for a similar sweetness element.

Burley not that important in the Hawkesbury as it runs so hard. I would be using squid and yakkas for big fish and maybe just pilchards on the fun rod to keep you busy 👍

    You forgot the pineapple chunks.
Sweet n sour fish was a Chinese restaurant standard, like curry prawn or chicken chow mein.
