I’m a figure skater and I had a bunch of these in between my toes. It HURTS! I wish I could have gone to a doctor like you to get them removed and dealt with quickly
I removed one from my foot myself it was bothering me for months , i finally built up the courage and fought through the pain . Speaking from experience if you don’t get the acid out the corn it’s not removed . You will know when it’s fully gone because the acid will flow out once you reach the point you need to cut through
This corn location, had to be the absolute most painful I ever had once. It feels like a little peace of jagged sand that got stuck in there. Just barely touching it and wow, again talk about a jagged piece of glass or sand shell that rides up some nerve to my temples. Thanks for sharing
I had one in same spot. It was PAINFUL! I was able to "rip" it out using tweezers. It took a long time to grit through the pain but I eventually got the sucker. It was soft but solid and left a perfect crater. Instant relief.
Aghh i did the same with an in grown that was cutting into the side of my toe.. Gritting gritting and gritting... Hoowee did i feel better after i got that massive chunk of toenail out..
So many hard working people get this specific type of corn and never know it's even a corn, like myself! 🤣 I picked at it until I finally got the little hard thing out the middle and didn't know I had to. It just was PAINFUL and BUGGED the heck out of me lol. Now I know I had a corn 😔
I'm waiting for mine to be removed at Kaiser next week. I too have tried other pairs of shoes and the same results, I determined that it was a corn and I need it removed ASAP, it hurts a lot.
Informative, clear videos showing exactly what you do. I’ve now watched several of your procedures. Who would have thought footcare could be so interesting! I just got rid of a corn on my ‘next to pinkie’ toe, really difficult to get at, but eventually got the bugger with salycylic acid and a sterile scalpel from the chemists. Small corn ,but incredibly painful. Thanks for taking the time to post videos. BTW, you have a nice accent..where from?
I have same spot on my left foot, it's really painful at first I was thinking my last toe nail touching. Can you please give me some creams to heal this... As of now Im using Glycerin
I enjoy your videos, please do you have any videos of soft corn removal in the base of the 4th toe web as well as syndactilization of the 4th and 5th toes?
I am watching your video because two week in my new job, standing all day. And I’ve got the same painfully spot next to my twinky finger. My question is, what after care do you recommend after dealing with the corn? It’s an open wound and as much hygiene still the feet sweat. I don’t want to have to deal with a bacteria infection in the feet. I would appreciate your recommendation, many thanks
I know you can't completely generalize. I'm from Canada and we're known for our politeness. But the people from the UK make us sound like a bunch of crabs. In most cases their mannerisms are impeccable. The doctors and caregivers have the most amazing bedside manners.
My fave shoes are Altra shoes which have a 0mm drop and wide toe box. So comfy!! Also the Oofoos are super comfy too but also super ugly but it really doesn't matter if you don't mind walking on clouds.
@@TheFootScraperDGPodiatristis it true you have to get surgery if you get these, or they just keep reoccurring? All these RUclips podiatrist Drs immediately tell the patient and viewers this requires surgery that takes you off work for 3 weeks.
Oh my iv tried doing this but I get so far then I bleed what am I doing wrong ?😣 my corn is so sore it's under my nail on my little toe , it's been there for ever how can i get rid of it , I'm on my feet all day and by the end of the night I'm nearly crying .
That's tiny compared to the one I have currently mine takes up the whole toe! My toes started to become out of shape because of it and walking I can bearly do!
i have 1 between 3 & 4th toes, it feels like my toe is broken when i have my work safty shoes on, do you think its better to shave it after a shower or bath
I’m a new waitress and since I’m walking all day in my work shoes I started getting this pain and soreness in the exact same spot. Thought it was a blister maybe cuz I had to break in my shoes… it has now worsened and is suuuper painful so here am I now finding out it’s a “corn” 🥴
Omgggg same same. I just left a comment about this. When I was a waitress I began to get this. I just picked at it to get the "corn" out the middle and switched My shoes often and it just slowly went away. Hope this helps
The real problem with this guy's foot is that the toe boxes of his shoes are too narrow. The 4th Phalanges is overlapping the 5th and that is causing that corn. A larger shoe with a wider toe box would prevent the corn from reoccurring. When at home, Sandals, bare feet, or stocking feet would also help until his toes realign to their normal positions horizontally. It can take 90 days for a foot like his that isn't too bad. It can take a year for toes that are very badly misaligned.
Thank for this video. I also got this kissing corn deep between my toe that is hard to remove but now treating it with salicylic n lactic acid to soften. I got my corn due to tight narrow tip Adidas sneakers that I am pretty sure.
I have the same,, because of waering the shoes for 10-12 hours a day,, if I am gonna remove this, that's gonna happen again,, tell me a way to stop it permanently, please 🙏🙏🙏, can't suffer anymore
I have corns as a very young woman (started at 17) from working restaurants and i wish i could afford to get them removed. America is a horrible place to live
Me watching this as I attempt to remove my own corn in the same spot:
Me too lol same exact thing but it hurts too much for me to do. I've tried more than once.
@@pab1381 same It is killing me...and from work boots too. Everything is too narrow now.
@@DOLfirst mine is from work boots too! Lol I got those corn pad things from Walgreens. Once you find the right spot dude it feels so much better.
Get a corn pad
Work boots did this to me too!

This is where mine is and it's my work shoes that bring it on. Hurts so bad and it's in such an awkward place.
Omg I have the same thing on that toe! I’d love to see a podiatrist someday 😭
If you have this then yes you must!
Try a corn bandiad, mine dissolved away after several treatments

I did have it removed...best thing ever!!!

cotton
Cotton or silicone pads that they make for this

I love the way you say Adidas.
that's how the creators/founders of Adidas also say it.

Better than having them forever, showing a doctor and still finding out years later what the hell they're called. Now to research prevention methods.
I think these are starting to form in between two of my toes is there any way to make em not go worse?
My doc told me to use flexitol and it would go away but it hasn't yet. The skin over my soft corn has been discolored for years now:(
I wanna see more gross stuff like infections Ingrown toenails and how you fix them!
