Will schuester is not a good teacher to some of his students. He blackmailed Finn, didn’t care about Marley’s health, threatening to suspend Marley for standing up for herself and doesn’t want to change who she is, playing favorites and not acknowledging his other students or telling his students that they should focus on competitions and not listening to his students song ideas. I’m sorry that’s not how a teacher should act.
