Figured out why the vacuum keeps cleaning until the battery runs out! There is a setting called "Repeat" which was checked and it promps the vacuum or mop clean continuously until the battery is used out. Mystery solved!
Yup, luckily I checked through all the settings immediately after setting it up, that was also one of the first things I turned off. The settings are a bit all over the place right now and some aren't even labeled properly which is pretty irritating, hope that gets fixed with an update eventually.
As far as I know it does have an internal water tank with a capacity of 100ml, when it's set to only mopping you can also hear the occasional pumping of water onto the mops when they're getting dry. Apart from that, I've had it for almost two weeks now and the only major complaint I have is that it doesn't mop exactly along edges, there's always a tiny gap, other than that it's been very reliable, quick and surprisingly quiet.
Thank you for clarifying about the water tank, I was wondering if it had it, as I couldn't find any information and its manual. I agree with you as far as the mopping along edges. It also needs scheduling with specific rooms to be cleaned added as a feature. I might need to redo the video and clarify some things in it. At least I figured out the continuous cleaning cycle.
Give it a try at least, I haven't run it a lot so it is still learning, I also figured out why it was continuously cleaning. Everybody's layout varies, so it might work out for ya!
I have this exact same setup. The jetbot ai + is a little soldier just keeps going, but doesn't clean the best. The jetbot ai combo is a finicky fussy device which crapped out on me after day 1 sent back to Samsung for replacement and im considering keeping it boxed to sell on rather than install.
I think Samsung is Waaay behind on this devices which is a real suprise. I mean all this attention and care their robot vacuum need when checking up to see if theyre doing the intended task, you'd be better off doing it yourself!
Usually they don't recommend using any other cleaners but water and the reason for it is the mop heads are also cleaned and washed using the same water and steam, so if you use Bona it probably won't be a good thing to do.
Battery stopped charging past 30%, so it won't clean anymore (dies right after it leaves the base station). I found another one for parts and will be replacing the battery soon.
Can't recommend it, why? -Totally buggy. If I just want to clean the kitchen, it cleans it for more than 30 minutes (I canceled the cleaning) -It costs so much and it is advertised with AI and object recognition. But what does it do? It sucks in USB cables and runs into chair legs and even moves them. -Once it couldn't find its station and I had to push it into the station by hand. -Our kitchen is not very big and so the app doesn't let you divide the room where the kitchen is. (I had to trick it a bit and pretend the kitchen was bigger) -And just now he completely refused to work because something was wrong with the sensor. I restarted and then it worked again. Either I have a faulty device or the vacuum cleaner still needs a lot of updates. I'm guessing the latter. I'm glad we have a 14-day right of return in Germany...
Thanks for your input! Yes, I agree with you, this vacuum definitely needs a lot of catching up to do with its competitors like Dreame, Deebot and Eufy. - As far as constant cleaning, you have to turn off that feature that is for some reason is enabled by default. - It does bump into the furniture from time to time and needs some more fine tuning in that area. - I haven't had any issues it not finding the station though it does take it's time getting there sometimes. Hoping for some updates soon.

I've ordered this and from this video it will be going back. 😅 Navigation looks worse than the previous gen and the edge mopping looks hopeless

@@vaiotuber would be great if you could do a video on carpet pick up performance. You seem to be the only person that is putting out content!

I hear you, I was really surprised by the price of their latest vacuum bot. It is way overpriced...
What does water level setting do?
I believe it means how much water it is "discharging" while mopping the floors.
I wasn't aware you had a mob video but can you use any other cleaner such as Bona for hardwood flooring instead of just water?
Usually they don't recommend using any other cleaners but water and the reason for it is the mop heads are also cleaned and washed using the same water and steam, so if you use Bona it probably won't be a good thing to do.
Do you know where to get mop pad replacements? I was sent to their parts distribution where they tried to charge me $280 for a set of two!
Oh wow, that is crazy! I would expect it to show up for sale under Vacuum accessories on samsung.com at some point.
Where i can orders mops pads ? Cant any..
This!
They will be available soon on samsung.com under Vacuum accessories, $20 for 4 pads.
What Happened To the Samsung Jet bot Ai+? (Without the mops)
Battery stopped charging past 30%, so it won't clean anymore (dies right after it leaves the base station). I found another one for parts and will be replacing the battery soon.
My Samsung Jet bot Ai+ (without the mops) is not charging properly it is stuck on 45% right now how can I fix this?
Same happened with mine. The battery needs to be replaced.
