Wet on Wet Strawberry Technique

Who doesn't love fancy edible strawberries? They are easy to make with a lot of practice and love. :) Use the scribe to gently go up and down vertically. Do you put too much pressure.
We use Guittard chocolate for all our edible treats. You can find Guittard chocolate at you local WinCo Foods store in the bulk foods area!
