As a med student myself I can tell you that girl that was walking barefoot was yapping. Walking barefoot would strengthen your foot muscles yes but don't you walk at home with no shoes?
Also it doesn't do sh!t to your immunity, she said it reduced your white blood cells (WBCs) which help fight off sicknesses... your WBCs are the ones that fight infections and diseases so how would a decrease in your WBCs lead to better immunity? she basically said "if you have a low number of fighters in your army you would win the war" absolute yap.
The skin on the soles of your feet is thick, the deep fascia is also very thick there, it is not easy to absorb anything, but if you get a nick or an injury to your foot while walking outside you may introduce various types of bacteria to your body.

I grew up in the 70s and 80s in a VERY rural area. Literally, if you crossed over the creek that ran through my backyard, you were in my neighbor’s farm where they butchered cows (we used to help them package meat when I was growing up). My neighbor on one side of my house was my grandmother and the other was my great aunt because all the land used to belong to my great grandparents. It was REALLY rural… I ran around barefoot in warm weather (And in not so warm weather) and in the creek all the time. I’ll be 51 this year and I’m fine. Never had ring worn or anything. We even had a sandbox that was built for us and wasn’t covered. We used to have to shovel out cat poop and we just kept playing… But that was before everyone knew about all these things you could get from cat poop. But my sister and I and a lot of other Gen X people are fine and healthy.
But these two… Much as I still run around barefoot (I still live in a rural area). I would NOT do this in a city, a parking lot or a store. No way… I don’t even like going into public bathroom in shoes because I feel I need to sanitize the bottoms of my shoes. If it’s a rural area, go for it! An urban area? You’re insane… And wtf was she talking about when she said lowering white blood cells being a benefit?! Um… hate to tell you, that was why I was stuck in the hospital for 3 days last January. A side effect from an injection I needed, one was a decrease in white blood cells. My count was so low the doc said if he let me go home I’d either wind up back there, sick as a dog, or dead. You NEED those to fight off infections! But it goes to show that someone who would buy her 4 year old a brand new Tesla really doesn’t have brains… That car will be so outdated by the time she can drive and you don’t know if you’ll be able to get parts anymore. It’s not a smart move. It’s just stupid.
Fun fact 😊 The bloom stuff she brought for the tornado is actually powder! Meaning that if she didn’t bring water she CAN’T mix her bloom greens 😢

I do grounding also. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis so being barefoot in the grass takes pressure off my spine and hips. I would never walk around town like that though. These people just show that natural selection is in full swing and the influencers will be the first to go

As someone whos dad has a Tesla, he works at a very high paying job. It took him YEARS for him to able to afford it and I’m so grateful to be in a car like that. Buying a really expensive car for a 4 YEAR OLD is crazy. I would buy a car like that when I’ve properly learnt everything for driving

I'm all for bare-foot walking and yes, it is considered to be a "grounding" technique. However, the delulu kicks in when they literally ditch shoes. Grounding would be when you go to beach and walk there barefoot; do it in your backyard on the grass, rocks or snow. It's not for driving your car barefoot, walking in the city barefoot, etc. You can get grounded when you simply do the ice bath for your feet you mentioned, Delulu Lady!
I grew up running around barefoot in the countryside. I remember we all did it, adults and kids. Yet, when we got to the paved areas, away from the lake/river/meadow, everyone put on their shoes. Nobody worked in the garden barefoot; nobody drove barefoot; also not walking barefoot in the city or in the forest.
I grew up running around bare foot to but i would never go into store that way or walk arond the city that i now live in

My ex fiance does and we're in Ohio. I carry my shoes around in the summer when walking around barefoot because of the random broken glass on the sidewalk. When ex visited I was giving him a foot massage with essential oils as normal and he randomly got upset because he needs his feet to not be soft...but I know he loves essential oils when he gets a massage and the salt baths also soften our feet.

3:31 A LOT of cars lose value, especially the newer cars. Brands and dealerships up sell, and then "used" will drop the value so much.
A lot of the old cars that go up in value had something unique about them, or they cost so much because FINDING THE PARTS for them is so rare! it makes repairs harder because the more you need to repair, the more you need to find (which might no longer exist)
The TELSA won't be worth a lot because of rarity, it'd be worth a lot because it'd cost way too much to repair especially since now a days, it's more profitable to make repairs harder to do by 3rd parties.
