Another great spot and I agree with your comments regarding hides. I've always been amazed as to how small birds can land on prickly plants like Gorse bushes without being impaled on the thorns. I thought you went from Canon to Olympus. I wasn't aware you had a Sony. I'm looking at the Canon R5 at the moment so that I can keep my L-Series lenses.

I did go from canon to olympus but bought one Sony body and lens when olympus may have gone out of business trying to decide what to do. .

Brilliant video again Mike, love the fact that although you mention the technical stuff your clear love and understanding of bird life and all things nature shines through.

I echo all of the comments so far - thank you for sharing again. I have just sold a lot of my Canon gear in a move to Olympus primarily to save weight and bulk as I found that I was leaving my 600mm f/4 Canon lens at home most of the time when out and about with photography in mind. I am way behind you in terms of understanding video but fingers crossed that I don't get the bug and find myself pining after more capable equipement such as the A1 and a 200-600mm zoom! You have definitely inspired me to visit Minsmere again, (been once), and to spend a few days in East Anglia at some point, thank you.

Great video and thank you for all the very helpful information about the location and hides. The images with the a1 to me on my device look as nice as with your Olympus. When you compare at home an a1 image to the Olympus under similar conditions is it a match do certain aspects stand out on comparison? Are all ducks bullish or are some more placid.
