The way tubers hacks like this even in games without HD admin is because he probably has an advanced executor and a script, which inserts the HD admin into the workspace, as if you would have taken and placed it into a game in Roblox Studio.

Most of my games have the HD admin plug-in, it’s my favorite admin and the only one I use.
I can tell that Kreek is trying his hardest to not get distracted by the anime girl at 0:57.

Tubers93 was injecting into games some thing called "backdoors" and it allowed him to execute require scripts such as hd admin script.
that is true but we still dont know how they inject them since client sided exploits cant do that
