Quick question; as a creative dir. turned agency owner in a very niche market who’s current sole focus is creating video & design for my clients and SMM What resources could you recommend to learn more about Facebook advertising? I’ve got 2 FTE’s that help with the production side of things which has allowed me time to learn more about marketing so I can pivot my company more into full service As over the passed years I’ve learned that is what my clients mostly want from me. They enjoy the creatives we make, the strategies we test for organic growth, but it’s not enough. I’m currently enrolling in the digital marketing and growth marketing studies from Growth Tribe (yes, I work/study about 80 hours a week now, lol) But if there’s any pointers, greatly appreciated!
That's all great and dandy if you have big, "all-star" clients, but as for us, the regular media buyers, - we deal with clients who barely supply any decent creatives, who don't have any "branding guidelines documents," who don't have any reviews or UGC videos from clients, and so on, and so forth. And I am not talking about NEW brands. These are businesses that have been running for months and spend $3000/month on ads. So yeah, this all sounds great, but the reality is harsh - most of this research doesn't apply to 85% of the e-commerce brands out there. Heck, they don't even optimize their stores. They just use one of the default options from Shopify and end up with 0.6% store conversion rates.
we're making money :) remember that ROAS in platform is NOT a good measure of truth. you need a first party data solution like North Beam or Triple Whale. Plus, this is a subscription-based client.

I have definitely seen this as brands start to scale. Think about it: more money = more eyeballs, and front end metrics WILL diminish.

Really tough to say, no good answer here.
You can have as much clients as possible. But I would recommend you to work only with good budgets
