It is about how one changes in thought as you grow up.
Looking at the world around you and realizing where,
When and what you are right now....to the world. That is
My best guess. Very nice cover of song. I love doing this
    Song as well. Thanks!

The world is a small place. A few years ago I was bartending at a TGI Fridays in Philadelphia and actually met Bill and he gave me a copy of his CD, Permafrost. I listened to it alot, enjoyed the music and haven't heard it in literally 3 years. Fast forward to today, I come on here to watch one of my favorite Dylan songs and I find this rendition and I'm like....I know this voice.
    Very good cover

Thank you, Frank. He's got a kind of a Dead thing going on.
      At least a Garcia thing.

It's funny cause when I herd you talking, I thought it was going to sound like crap. But when you started to sing I was really surprised at how well you sand it. Good song choice.
As for the song meaning I thought it might how one thinks that they know everything as they get older, but then they realizes that there is always a lot more to learn about life, regardless of how old you and, hence: "But I was so much older then, I'm younger than that now". But thats just my interpretation of it.
