I love how he's like "and then obviously there's [some town with 300 people]"
That's st asaph and st David's in wales
I got to about 60% just naming clubs from the football league
Thats funny
Yup
as someone from Hull this video pained me
You already suffer enough being from Hull
Hull is a city, and has been since 1897
hull has the most registered sex offenders in the uk
Sorry what did you say can't understand you
I’m so sorry you have to be from Hull
I tried this once about half a year ago, surprisingly got 120 cities and I'm not even British.
Yeah random sound +ester = a british city.
Any British ex colony's city names but remove the 'new' if it had one lol
Even though there are only 76?
@@seprishere Obviously I'm not talking about places with an official city status here. The quiz has all kinds of towns and villages too, but calls them cities for simplicity's sake.
I was yelling Hull, Hull, Hull.
Funny how you learned a lot of the places from train stops. My school had a train every term from Paddington to Castle Cary. Kind of like the Hogwarts Express.
Same here. I stopped about 10 minutes in and took the test myself. I got to just over 50% of population in under 30 minutes. Funnily enough I see just after I paused, Toycat got Southend - which was the biggest place I missed!
Like him though, I'm a bit sceptical about what counts as 'London'. It accepts Croydon, but not Bromley or Bexley!
Me in Peterborough pretending we don’t exist 🧍♂️
Sleafordian here. Yup. Welcome to the irrelevant roundabout towns club.
@@idcgaming518Another Irrelevant Lincs person! I'm from Gainsborough
From Peterborough too
how am i entertained for 35 minutes by watching a man name british cities lol
why does toycat hide that hes a bedfordian. bro knows clapham, leighton buzzard, flitwick, harpenden, amptihill, leagrave like come on
half an hour is an awfully long time to take to name all 76 UK cities.
I can hear the Map Map Map Men Men screaming...
Listened to this driving from Enniskillen to Portadown. Two pretty big places in NI you never got!
Even we (NI) know that Derby is pronounced Darby and we're bad enough to mispronounce Loughborough as Lock-bruh en masse 😂
Who’s ‘we’
Northern Ireland, since mainland UK spells "Lough" as "Loch"
Like Loch Ness vs Lough Neagh or Strangford Lough
I live in this area, and it's so annoying how everyone misprounces Derby!
@@Kasnickijakubshould be called darby then, problem avoided
@@thebaiblade that's just English for you. You write it one way but pronounce it another
Given the two sentences:
"A": "The YT algorithm doesn't like these vids, I gotta stop the quiz vids" and, "B": "2nd channel, don't care".
It appears, Mr. ibx2cat, that you are expressing a sentiment with the above sentences that contradicts each other.
"A": In this sentence, you are saying that the RUclips algorithm does not favour or promote your quiz videos, and because of this, you feel the need to stop creating or uploading quiz videos.
Let's call it: caring.
"B": In this sentence, you seem to be expressing the sentiment, that you don't care as much about the algorithm's preferences.
Let's say: Not caring.
We can now consolidate the two sentences further giving us:
"A": Caring
"B": Not Caring
From a logical standpoint, "A" and "B" could not be true at the same time, since "B" is the same as the negation of "A".
Now, "A" and the negation of "A" at the same time could not be a possibility, by fact of a logical contradiction.
Please explain...
There are only 76 cities in the UK (yes, map men taught me this)
It counts towns
Someone is using NVIDIA Broadcast with eye contact enabled
As a Lancastrian, only getting Lancaster is just embarrassing. Whilst not a city I’d hop you’d heard of Blackpool.
fr im from lancaster aswell
You better include Bangor, Northern Ireland.
We're a city now 💪💪💪💪🇬🇧
I say "we" as if I'm not Newtownards, but Bangor is next door. I'll literally ROFL if Ards ever becomes a city.
Black hole
I'd love you to do this again, but instead of UK cities it's Australian suburbs. You'd do well.
Why am I shouting "IT'S HULL YOU NOB" at the screen when you can't hear me?
Good effort, young man. I was screaming Kingston upon Hull at you, when you was struggling with the Humber.
I honestly cannot believe that he got South Molton, a small town only a few miles from where i live, before hull and liverpool, two of the larger cities in England.
I got random little villages like Little Hadham but missed places like Leicester
I live in Hastings but born and raised in Coventry and leamington spa and went to school in rugby. I think I would be good at this! I thought you would do better but when your on the spot it’s tricky I guess! A little tip would be football teams or race courses.
You missed 2/3 of the cities that have been named City of Culture (Hull and Coventry).
I dunno if you missed Bradford, but they take the title in 2025 (so they don’t count yet).
apparently middlesbrough/teesside don’t exist either 😭 utb
Id be getting most of my answers from weird places like Bitchfield
ai eyes go crazy
Football knowledge would really help with this stuff
Yeah I don't think he has any
'Regular yorkshire'. I think you meant West Yorkshire... Southerners!
As an Aussie i hear some of these towns n think hey thats a street, suburb, town near me lol eg perth
As someone who lives in Plymouth I got so triggered when he initially said pli mouth 😂
AI eyes really aren't getting mentioned enough in the comments
I played that until I got to 50% and it was a struggle
13:27 Shout out the Derby massive 🤌😅🤌
14:18 ITS MELTON YOU MUPPET. Home of my favourite food.
*cries in stoke-on-trent*
Eyyy another stokie, hi 👋
the wirral being part of liverpool is wild
No - it seems to count Birkenhead as all of the Wirral
a Metropolitan Borough of the Liverpool city region. i was Surprised it took him so long to mention Liverpool
Trying to contain my rage that so many of these aren’t officially cities.
12:27 thank you toycat, for calling my home chafford hundred not real 😭
If you are from Gateshead you know it is not part of Newcastle it's like the old film🎥 Meryl streep (1993) a river runs through it 🏴
Pfft hehehe, King's Landing was a good one
There are only 76 cities in the UK, not 200
'There's a Stratford that's not in London'........Whoever would have thought??
England is my city, there all done😂😂
Tom Scott should try to do it.
I'm listening to this while working and I just heard "King's Landing" :D
Campbeltown is a name of a type of Scotch whisky, named after the town, so that might be why @ibx2cat knew that one.
London ones are super inconsistent. Hounslow, Brentford, and Isleworth are all answers but Ealing isn't - Acton is!
How dare you forget the name of Hull sir. Keep one eye open tonight. 😏
He missed loads in the south west? Yet the final report said he got all that means whoever made this missed places like Weymouth, Taunton, Launceston, Okehampton, (Plympton+plymstock+saltash), Bodmin, St Austell and Penzance. Why the hell would it have places like St ives on there and not Penzance????
Golly! How southern centric you are. You are like a foreigner to me.
I know Bushmen of the Kalahari with better knowledge of the M62 corridor than you
As an American 🇺🇸 who loves geography, the UK 🇬🇧 is in the my top 5 countries I know a lot of geography about. I'll say it's in 2nd or 3rd. The USA 🇺🇸 is first because that's where I started from than Canada 🇨🇦, the UK 🇬🇧, Australia 🇦🇺, & France 🇫🇷. Germany 🇩🇪, Italy 🇮🇹, Mexico 🇲🇽, Brazil 🇧🇷, China 🇨🇳, India 🇮🇳, Russia 🇷🇺, & Japan 🇯🇵 I know pretty well too & many more.
Manchester isn't one of the main ones! That's what they want you to think. It goes - London, Bham, Liverpool, Glasgow, Leeds. That's the 5 largest in that order
The shade at Hull
No u can't name 200 cities in the UK as there are only 77 cities in the UK
I thought Truro was Cornwall's only city, but then I remembered size does not matter with British cities.
why did it take you so long to name Liverpool? Weird!
3i knew you wouldn't've typed Coventry ..even though its the 7th biggest city in England lol. no one ever remembers it.
Is there any one else that known Norwich existed before this video?
I used to live in Norwich
I know Norwich is in Norfolk County, ENG. I used to live in Northern Virginia near D.C. In Southern Virginia there's a big city called Norfolk where NATO's North America & the U.S Atlantic Naval Fleet. I want to move to England one day.
bro I was saying Shrewsbury the entire video
Campbeltown mentioned
As someone who has never been to Europe, I got 85. I'm disappointed at myself.
12:46 Toycat: People make fun of you for saying it one was coz it’s the other way, it’s like, it’s got that ‘CH’ sound. Umm it’s ummm. Yeah there’s a ‘C’ sound place.
34:27 End of the vid, Toycat: Kelmsford.
Well it really is pronounced CHelmsford. So people would make fun of you for calling it Kelmsford when it really is Chelmsford. (Like the CH in cheese)
I don't live in a city though. I live in a town.
Stoke-on-Trent?
cornwall knowledge lacking, no redruth camborne helston, or st austell or bodmin. some big towns.
It isn't 40%. It's 90% between London and Lincoln. 10% North of Derby. 5% in Wales. Or 0% in East riding of Yorkshire. (All estimates)
Just started, hoping he gets Stoke on Trent ✊😅
Reading is not considered a city, not sure how but yeah.
Bennington lol that's a boat company in the US
Campbelltown is a scotch region.
He only knew the tourist spots in Devon and Cornwall. I think the biggest one he missed in the south west was Penzance
And Truro, plus Paignton is sizeable
@@tomthornton6259 Paignton isn't as big as torquay truro he got
That's the only thing in the southwest though
@@Pope_Rural_I5184 you obviously don't know Devon and cornwall well enough then
@@helmetmcbarin no I dont
Kemptown conservative...? its the gay capital of the UK (and its part of Brighton, unless you were talking about something else)
I must've mixed it up with somewhere else haha. Or maybe they're the conservative gays to contrast the green ones next door
It's so liberal it wrapped around the scale to conservatism
@@ibx2cat Looks like there might be something to that. Brighton-Kemptown constituency definitely has more conservative votes than you’d expect from an inner city area of Brighton, and they even had a Tory MP as recently as 2015.
Probably educated well off urban demographic that liked Cameron but weren’t so thrilled with Brexit and Boris lol
My German speaking brain read Kampftown. I don't know why. What's wrong with me.
YOOO Who in for the pilgrimage to Wells-next-the-Sea.
I only watch these "forgetting city names" vids from you because you are so atrociously bad at this 😂
33:49 He Finally Noticed My City! 😃
Listening from coventry had me screaming i got baited 3 times he was so close!!
Do you have that creepy eye filter again Toycat?
KETTTERING MENTIONED RAHHHHHHHHH
What's the name of the site you're using?
All of Cumbria just blank 😂
You missed Twatt, Scotland 🫤
mate why did it take you so long to name Liverpool? and why won't you answer the comments
Andrew I'm disappointed you said derby like an American 😢
Why is he starring so much at the camera...
What about that go-go-go place?
Thumbnail: your city
Me who lives in the USA: no
Americans who live in the multiple cities named London in the USA: oh no
where's reading?
St Mary's... Scilly Isles
Within 5 days!
When the impostor is from sussex 😳
Is there a link for this game?
Bro there 72 cities only
Bro your ai eye thing that makes you look at the camera is so creepy
It accepted Gateshead? Huh that's weird, it's not a city & not classed as one either
Most of these aren’t “cities”, as the UK only has like 75 with city status
The answer to the title is no, and honestly I'm scared to watch considering how you did on the other two videos in this series lol
ok thank god he did better on this one lol
He speaks so fast i had to slow the video down
Blud got cheltenham but not gloucester
Newport...
Kinda fast and loose with the word 'city'
