Oh pyunkang yul black tea toner has so many excellent ingredients like ceramides, peptides, Mugwort, ginseng, kombucha, cica, etc. If you want a light weight toner with an interesting pump its more serum like as well, that has combined most ingredients you would look for that toner has it. It's kinda under the radar for some reason idk why. Hardly find people talking about it.
Thank you for posting this! I’ve been so curious about K Beauty toners lately. Which would you recommend for combo/dehydrated skin? The winter climate where I live is also super dry, so I find I need to add more hydration in the winter, which can be hard without adding heaviness.
I've only tried TirTir's toner out of these, but I really want to get the I'm From Rice Toner next! It's been on my radar for a while now The other milky toners I've tried are The Ordinary's new Saccharomyces toner and About Me's Rice Makgeolli Skin Softener. The latter was my gateway into toners! Edit: I went ahead and ordered the I'm From Rice Toner and Dr. Ceuracle Vegan Kombucha Tea Essence since I got them on sale 🤭 I'm excited to try them!
Thank you for this video! The light-to-heavy consistency helps people with various skin types make an informed decision. Keep making your great content!
Thanks to this video, I used the Nacific toner, which I love, and had never heard of before. Also tried the Celimax, which also love. My skin is dry and mature. Could you do a skincare routine for dehydrated mature skin? Really enjoying your reviews!
You are so right about round lab soy bean toner..I have dry mature 45 yeras old skin and I layer and layer and layer so much toner to be just a little moisturising 😂but I love Dr.C.Kombucha toner and Tir tir .. greetings from Greece and Im your new subscriber❤
I adore milky toners. Try Purito oat toner , Sollalla rice toner , Skin food propolis toner , Isntree yam root toner. These I have used. Spotted few new toners in this video. Love your way of providing information..❤❤❤️
@@chareesbeauty i've heard great things about the milk. why didn't you enjoy their toner? i've been looking into it to decant into a mist bottle, so i am curious.
Im new to skincare and so far i only have the flaskin one, i cant wait to slowly try all the milky toners out there! This video is so helpful as im halfway through my bottle now so im starting to think about what milky toner i should buy next. So far im loving the flaskin toner it stopped my dry skin from flaking like it was before
So glad you found this video helpful! There’s so many milky toners now I only touched the surface 😅 will definitely make a part 2 when I get more. Yes the Flaskin one is my current fave too as well as the Nacific one 😊
Their old formula (I had the one that was in the format of a spray) felt a bit sticky after it dried down from what I remember but I haven’t tried the new one yet! It looks promising :)
^ Which do you think soaks in "quicker" and works good with makeup? I have Tir Tir Milky Toner... and only trying it for a week now, and I don't love it for my dry skin. But, also I'm not someone who layers toners so maybe that's the issue.
The tir tir milk toner original formulas was too strong for my sensitive skin. It burned and left me with red splotchy marks on my face and felt raw and sore. The Laneige milk toner as well caused skin irritation on my sensitive skin so not sure why because I need the moisturize!
It’s hard to pick one that is the *most* hydrating as it depends on your skin type & preferences (which is why I went from the lightest to the richest formula). The more hydrating and watery ones are Flaskin, I’m From and Round Lab, with my current fave being the Flaskin Rice Enzyme Protein Toner!
It depends on your skin, if you are more on the drier side, I would say the Celimax toner would be fine even in the Caribbean climate! It’s not overly rich and absorbs really well without leaving sticky or greasy finish :)
I’ve only got a sample of the Mary & May so based off that I can tell the texture of the Mary & May is more watery, and overall feels more lightweight than Dr Ceuracle one
What do you mean by compromised skin barrier? I love the video but the one milky rice toner I have wasn't on here and I'm always wondering what makes these toners different from others and if I can use it over/after my glycolic and/or lactic acid toner or if it would be in place of it..?
A compromised skin barrier is a skin barrier that is showing signs of damage such as increased breakouts, tightness, stinging, redness, sensitivity etc. Milky toners have both a hydrating capacity and moisturising capacity due to the combination of humectant, emollient and sometimes even occlusive ingredients which is what gives it the ‘milky’ colour as opposed to a traditional hydrating toner that is typically a clear, watery liquid. Hence milky toners are great for those with sensitive and compromised skin barriers or if one wants a more nourishing toner to replenish the skin. If you wanted to exfoliate your skin with a liquid chemical exfoliant (glycolic/lactic/salicylic acid) and then apply a milky toner after that would be fine, but milky toners can’t replace a liquid chemical exfoliant as they (normally) don’t contain any chemical exfoliants. The Flaskin Rice Enzyme Protein Toner contains enzymatic exfoliants to but it’s no where near the strength of a chemical exfoliant so it can be used daily with no irritation
@@chareesbeautyI just watched with headphones and your audio when you're talking only comes from one ear. Your sound effects work just fine though so probably something with your mic recording?
Hi Chareè! (I hope you read my comment 🥺) I have dry skin. I use snail mucin serum & moisturizer. and I don’t know which one should I choose for daily toner that compatible with my skincare routine. If it’s possible, it’s compatible with retinol serum too. Can you please choose between the I am from rice toner and Nacific uyu toner? Thank you! 😊
Hi! For dry skin, the Nacific toner has more ingredients that would be better suited for it and more nourishing. Both are compatible with retinol serums as they are soothing toners. I would switch out the snail moisturiser (if you’re using the COSRX one) with a thicker moisturiser with more occlusive ingredients as it may not be moisturising enough. Depending on your preference for texture, the Goodal Vegan Rice Milk Moisturiser or Isntree Yam Root Vegan Milk Cream are both great options :)
Didn't know you had this channel here. I follow you on Tiktok. Unfortunately I stopped coming here much because of the excessive annoying ads...and I'm not about to star paying for RUclips, since I joined in 2009! META ruined this platform with its greedy approach
I normally watch RUclips videos when I’m doing my skincare routine in the AM/PM so I’m not bothered by the ADs that much! Definitely agree it’s not as fun as it was before ahaha
Value for money for calming Lupus skin, thats what im looking for, so i would love a price of the product in a video, otherwise very well done great video 🤍
You’ll be better off picking out the ones you like the sound of and googling each one - many retailers have coupon codes during the holidays like July 4th in the U.S.
I have the dr ceuracle and I have oily combo and it works really well for me with just one layer. Very hydrating. It's runny but not too runny. It's not doesn't stick on my hand it runs down it so I'd say it can work for combo skin not just dry from my experience. 😊 I'd also say based on the runny texture compared to the two before it you mention maybe it goes just before them because the others stayed on your hand didn't really run down and the dr ceuracle does. It's not too thick based on my experience but definitely hydrating. I love it! 🩷
Thanks for sharing your experience with the Dr Ceuracle! I forgot to mention that I placed the Dr Ceuracle as the last one in terms of it being the richest (most moisturising formula) rather than the actual consistency of it! I agree it’s quite versatile given its consistency and glad to hear that even oily skin types enjoy it :)
Your videos are lovely. I wonder if you put chemist in your name, if you would get more subscribers. Eg Chemist Charee. To help grab people in easier. Because skincare junkies love listening to experts.

Tir tir is korean but its no1 in sales in Japan especially the cushion foundation thats why many get confused 😊 Love from Greece 🇬🇷 ❤🎉

Which of these toners are closest to Laneige cream skin texture wise? I've been thinking about getting the Aestura or Nacific toners
I haven’t tried the new Laneige, the old one I have with a spray applicator is actually more watery and sticky compared to the Nacific & Aestura
