Royal Enfield has really made some great moves in the last few years. When the British company closed in 1970 they continued to make the 500cc Bullet, and I believe a 350cc in India pretty much unchanged until fairly recently. Then a few years ago they seemed to have taken on a completely new direction, initially with the 650 Interceptor, then military replica Bullets, the Himalaya, and now a new 450cc Himalaya and the 350cc Hunter. Really great bikes at affordable prices. I have a olive drab Army Bullet, just ordered a new Himalaya, and now I'm trying to justify a Hunter.
