    सर कोई जमीन खरीदने पर land guide lines अधिक हे तो income tax की दृष्टिकोण से दो नाम से सामुहिक रजिस्ट्री कराना चाहिए या अलग अलग नाम से दो रजिस्ट्री कराना चाहिए

    Sir what will be treatment in case of gift to relative at lower consideration.will 56(2)(X) and 50 C applicable (in case of immovable property)??

      Gift to relative is covered under exceptions to section 56(2)(x)

    Sir, pl. clarify whether peoperty is sold less than the circle value. Thats the value on which house tax is being paid. I cannot imagine anyone selling it for less.
    Have I got right that the circle value is referred ro as stamp valie in this video.

    Agar koi property loan par lekar loan ka expenditure jod kar sale ki jati hai to bhi section50 apply hoga ya chhot milegi kisi dhara me.

    Sir, I booked a flat in the year 2012. Upto 2014 I had deposited 90% of the cost of the flat i.e. before introduction of GST.
    In June"18 while registering the flat promoter charged GST @12% on entire value. Whether GST @12% on total cost is correct?

    सर ग्रामीण कृषि भूमि को ६५ लाख में बेचा गया है , डीएलसी वैल्यू के हिसाब से एक करोड़ बीस लाख के रजिस्ट्री होती . विक्रेता चाहता है कि चाहे स्टाम्प एक करोड़ बीस लाख कि वैल्यू पर लग जाये लेकिन रजिस्ट्री में वैल्यू ६५ लाख ही लिखवाऊंगा . इस स्तिथि में धारा ५० सी के अंतर्गत क्या बेचवाल को कर भुगतान कि जवाबदेही होगी और क्या खरीददार को डीम्ड गिफ्ट पर कर देना होगा

    Sir agreement me 2 lack dhur ke hisab se 5 dhur jameen ki bat huwa, but saller 4 dhur jameen hi ragistry kiya, hamne 8 lack de diye 1 dhur nahi dene par 50000/- Rs ka check drop kara diye, but ham registry me 4 dhur jameen ka kemat 395000/- par aur sanrachna ka kimat 2,70,000/- Rs circle rate ke hisab se entry hai, jabki agreement me 31 march 2022 tak sanrachna tor ke hatane ki bat huwi, registry 21-09-2021 ko huwa, saller ke name se hi jameen hai,aur saller ka son registry me sanakhat hai, hamne 15 January ka check 50,000/- diye the 13 January ko hi Bank se stop kara diye ,ab saller ki wife 22-01-2022 ko dakhil kharij me aappti laga kar cancel 16-03-2022 ok kara di, please suggest me agreement ke hisab se registry me amount nahi hone par kya nuksan hoga 🙏🙏

    Sir ek confusion clear karna chahta hoon kripya meri madad kare. Maine apni do alag alag no. Ka land sale kiya aur ek residential property kharida. Dono property jo maine sale kiya uska sales consideration 3800000 hua aur maine jo residential property kharida uska price 3501000 aur registration aur stamp value 203370. Dono ke beech jo difference hoga us per hi to capital gain tax pay karna hoga na.

    Sir, I have purchase a land by Rs. 25,00000/-account payee on date 20/06/2018 , In the registrar papers sales value mentioned by 25,00000/- and Market value mentioned mentioned by 90,00000/- and Stamp duty paid mentioned by 540,000/- (In case of Women) and Registration feed paid mentioned by 90,032/- Now , i want to filling ITR for FY 2018-19 , what amount will be mentioned in my income tax return. Please explain in details.

    Sir agar property booking 2014 ki ho aur uska registration aaj 2018 me ho raha ho, to circule rate kab ka lagega . aur us par tax 2014 ki value ke hisaab se lagega ya 2018.

    क्रपया बतायें, मैंने दो साल पहले 200 गज का प्लौट 13 लाख में खरीदा और उसके 2 बराबर हिस्से करके दोनों में एक ही नक्शे के 2 मकान बना दिये। प्रती मकान 8.50 का वय्य + 6.50 प्लौट कीमत = 15 लाख को मैं अपने गरीब सगे छोटे भाई को 10 लाख में बैंक लोन के माध्यम से घाटे में बेच रहा हुँ तो क्या मुझे I tax देना पड़ेगा ?

    मेरी माँ ने 30 लाख में प्लॉट बेच दिया, अब वह एक 15 लाख का 1bhk फ्लैट ले रही है तो इस पर कितना टैक्स लगेगा? महिलाओं को टैक्स में कितनी छूट होती हैं?
