Sir please explain which type of tax calculation is applicable on insurance plan that comes under taxable catagory. Eg. Few are of the opinion that it should be treated as asset and thus income will be treated as capital gains and indexation will be applicable or not as per ltcg or stcg.. while few are of the opinion that it should be treated under income from other sources...
Please explain how it is applicable for different policies...

Sir I have sold a house and want to buy a land & construct house on it out of my Capital gain within 3 years, is it permissible under Sec 54?
    2. Which date will be assumed for counting 2/3 years from buying a new house/plot,
Is it from the date of Registry done by the buyer of the house sold by me, the date on which the final payment was received by me, viz 28 Feb 2019.

Long term Capital Gain : MF or stocks which have been held for > 1 year then surrendered then Income from it would attract tax of 10%
If the income earned is Less than 1 Lakh then : NO TAX
here Income earned = Only Profit earned from MF ? Not on Principle amount..Right ?

Sir if I buy a house in 2001 for 3 lac & sell it for 21 lac in 2017 . So net LTCG will be 18 lac & if tax is calculated at 10% without indexation it will comes out to be 1.8 lac . Now for saving this tax if I choose to invest in capital gains bond under 54 EC then how much I have to invest whole 18lac or just 1.8 lac
& One more question that after the lock in period of this bond is over can I redeem the entire amount & if there will be some tax charged at the time of redeemtion .... Pls ans
