Discrimination in any form, including in the housing market, is not only morally wrong but also illegal. When it comes to buying homes, everyone should have the right to equal access to housing opportunities regardless of their race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability.
Here are some key points to emphasize when explaining why it is never okay to discriminate against people when it comes to buying homes:
1. **Fair Housing Laws**: In the United States, the Fair Housing Act was enacted to protect individuals from discrimination in housing-related transactions. This law prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, or disability.
2. **Equal Opportunity**: All individuals should have the same opportunities to purchase homes in the neighborhoods of their choice. Discrimination denies individuals the ability to live where they desire and can perpetuate segregation.
3. **Ethical Considerations**: Treating others with respect and fairness is a fundamental ethical principle. Discrimination based on race or any other characteristic goes against these principles and harms individuals, communities, and society as a whole.
4. **Legal Consequences**: Discrimination in housing is illegal and can lead to severe legal consequences for individuals, businesses, or organizations found guilty of such practices. Penalties can include fines, lawsuits, and damage to reputation.
5. **Creating Inclusive Communities**: Building inclusive communities where people from diverse backgrounds can live and thrive benefits society as a whole. Embracing diversity enriches neighborhoods and fosters a sense of belonging for all residents.
6. **Education and Awareness**: It is important to educate people about fair housing laws and promote awareness about the harmful effects of discrimination. By spreading awareness, we can work towards a more just and inclusive society.
In conclusion, it is essential to uphold the principles of fairness, equality, and respect for all individuals when it comes to buying homes. Discrimination has no place in the housing market or any other aspect of society, and we must strive to create a world where everyone is treated with dignity and fairness.::

And that's not criticism.

People don’t remember Reed Timmer, too well I suppose this young man is an absolute legend in tornado chasing, and then his vehicle was directly hit by a tornado when he got footage on the inside of it… First in the world. An absolute pioneer and dedicated tornado expert.
I am from Oklahoma and can tell you that these things are serious and unbelievable until you have been in one yourself
Not gonna lie, I expected this to be click bait... But without exaggerating, this really is the most insane tornado footage ever. Great job!
Nothing Reed posts is clickbait. Dudes been thugging it out since 1999 when he caught incredible close range footage of the 99 May 3 Moore F5
It would be on most other channels, but this is Reed Timmer's channel, so uploads are always legit.
Why would you lie?
Trust me Reed and his team are the real deal. No click bait here
This is actually quite lame compared to another tornado video from years ago.
As someone who lives in central Oklahoma, I can say that this kind of clear footage of a tornado is rare. To actually see one in the daytime not wrapped in rain from this close can be an extremely rare moment. Great videos and stay safe.
Reed Timmer is the most insane tornado chaser I've ever seen. This man literally steps out of his truck 100 yards away from a violent tornado and yells "there's debris raining down on us!" like we know Reed. You're insane!
I have been a tornado geek for close to 40 years and I have never, ever seen anything like that in my life. Incredible.
To hear Reed say "I've never seen anything like this ! " says it all ! Welcome to Kansas ! Good for you checking on people! Wow !
People talk about Tiamat, I'm wondering what does it mean.
I know what tornadoes are but they must have names for certain ones, I guess.
Some of the most amazing tornado footage I have ever seen. No hyperbole.
This year I have seen some of the most photogenic tornadoes I have ever seen in my life. Not rain rapped or wedge. These stove pipe tornadoes are truly beautiful. Sadly they are also very destructive..
I agree 👍 💯 PERCENT

I live here. And am so proud to be in a small town. 2 days after the tornado they were turning away volunteers and donations. Because we take care of our own, and had too many. Small towns have a pride that is indescribable. I love it.

@Splittingatoms21 So what’s that say about everyone that lives along the gulf coast…… hurricanes. Or people that keep building in forest fire zones like half of California? By your comment I’d be willing to bet you’re from California.
That was so incredible Reed! The footage is outstanding! My deepest sympathies to the families who lost their homes and their lives. ❤
What amazing footage. Directly overhead and a rope tornado. You should get some kind of award for this video, Reed. Just wow

"Seconded".
Mr. Reed Timmer, I have watched you since 1999. 25 years. When you were tracking the F5 Moore, Oklahoma 301 mph behemoth tornado. You have never disappointed me & my friends. STAY SAFE. And keep up the good work! Thankyou!!!
Though I have aged over the last 25 years, Reed has not.
Agreed. He is a weather genius.
For me, it’s the first video I’ve ever watched from this Ch.
Also, I’ve never lived through a tornado. I’m in Southern California, but I’m almost in tears watching all of this. I have no idea. How you face the danger and not run away from it?

Tornados will forever be one of the most frightening and beautiful things I've ever seen. They are awe inspiring and nerve racking at the the same time. Thank you for taking the risks for us so you could share this very photogenic tornado.
Possibly the best tornado footage ever recorded! Stay safe guys from the UK 🇬🇧
Ya it was!
I'm from Kansas and I've seen those "rope" tornadoes before! They don't even have to touch the ground to pick up debris----their "tail winds" are enough to wrap a boat around a telephone pole. But I've never seen one "curly-que."
The condensation funnel isn't the whole tornado. Just because the funnel isn't on the ground doesn't mean the tornado isn't.
That's the diffrence between a "Funnel",and a "Vortex".
I don't think we're in Kansas anymore
yeah torando touchdown means either its picking up derbies or the funnel has reached the gorund s
I've said it before and I'll say it again. A tornado is nothing but air. You can't see it. You can only see what's in it.
No click bait here! Best tornado footage! Amazing!!!
Absolutely true!
One of the best I've seen! Much respect to the cameraman. Thank you.
The phenomena of tornados are huntedly beautiful. However, the damage they create when they strike a community, such as Westmoreland, KS or the recent tornados in Iowa and Oklahoma, is devistating. My heart and prayers go out to all the communities affected by the recent storms. Stay safe Dr. Timmer.
"Stay safe, Dr Timmer." 'Seconded'.
I've never seen anything like this before. I was watching Live and was struck by how you predicted it forming, calling it in, and then the tornado already causing damage. The folks had very little time to react. Dr. Timmer, you and your team are amazing. Your scientific approach will increase our knowledge of tornadoes and save lives. I will continue to be a channel member to support your efforts.
OMG it's so dangar
Honestly…. I just don’t think it’s a big deal
@mickhoddy - Do you live where tornadoes are somewhat common?? I feel the same about earthquakes. They're not a big deal to me, I've lived in Ca. all my life, though, so I'm used to them.
@@mickhoddy then you don't know enough to have an informed opinion, honestly. People like Reed aren't just chasing tornados to take cool pictures and videos, they're doing scientific research, capturing data to add to the collective scientific community that works on tornado research and, most importantly, warning systems. Our current warning system has progressed specifically because of tornado chaser's research, resulting in warning time averages increasing from literal seconds to now 10-13 minutes. Experts understand tornados more than ever and that's a direct result from chasers gathering research in the field. That's not even touching on the fact that they're often the very first responders on the scene. There are dozens, if not hundreds, of videos of chasers assisting and saving lives. This is the real deal and it's more important than many people seem to realize, obviously.
@@deathbloom27 yep, didn’t even read your entire comment, and maybe you need to read the title of the actual video again. I won’t spoil it for you but it’s pretty outrageous. Like I said…….. doesn’t really look like a big deal to me.

idk if you guys have any idea how insane that video capture is, watching that vortex was one of the most incredible things I've ever seen in my life. Then being surrounded by the debris close up. I wish the camera was on the actual vortex spinning a bit longer. At the same time, what you did get was once in a lifetime unreal, i just have to keep replaying the parts where its on the vortex, it was one of the most beautiful incredible things I've ever seen. Thank you for all that!
The spirit of the storm chasers is as magnificent as the tornado itself. Incredible footage.
In 2007, I had just signed on with Tyson Foods. One of my runs had me go from Emporia, KS to El Paso, TX. I remember going through Greensburg, KS on the way. The next time I did that route, that town was GONE. I never cried for so many people I didn't even know until then. It was like someone came through with a push broom.
Extremely "tall" tornado.. wild. Great footage as always
Insanely tall
When Reed says “most insane” it’s gotta be insane
Demons.
I think the "Insane" Part came from its pure thin but powerful drill bit motion while also moving relatively slow and a retrograding path along with its photogenic appearance and the tornado being enshrouded in a cloak of debris.
I think he’s referring to himself 😂😂
@@officialWWM you got a point
i don’t trust those thin bastards, the jarrell tornado started out exactly like this, a thin and slow moving rope that was drilling into the ground… crazy stuff but also super cool :3
I've never seen a tornado bend around like that! This is AMAZING footage! Also, my family lived in Missouri when I was little, I forgot how unsettling tornado sirens are.
I've been fascinated with twisters since I was about six. No matter what, the mere sight of the trunk of the tornado will always fill me with this fear and awe I want to chase. Nature is terrifyingly beautiful.
I wish I could hear the roar, but all I hear is Reed screaming as usual. Magnificent footage as always.
Don't come on a Reed Timmer video expecting anything less. Ya think people would learn that. lol Don't like that he gets excited, don't watch his videos, at least not with audio.
Also, there's the fact that he's standing next to a tornado and is trying to also communicate with his passenger, and probably can't hear very well with wind roaring in his ears. Logically, that would explain why he's yelling over the sound of the roaring. As he's hearing it first hand and talking to his passenger at the same time. And logically, you'd have to be pretty loud to be able to communicate over it...
@@tabortoothtiger7580 usually I watch them with the sound off! I learned long ago… Still admire the man for what he does.
@@tabortoothtiger7580 I don’t think he needs to scream “tornado” or “tornado on the ground” or “debris” over and over again to the people he is with. Or us, for that matter. One thing that annoys me about it is that if a woman did the same thing, she’d be crucified for it. It’s such a double standard.

This was serious NON-click bait material. Period. No fronting. That was intense... really, beyond words.
Seeing this grey/black whirl wind tunnel coming from the sky, looks as though Mother Nature is raging with pure anger, just unleashing pent up frustration……..The sheer power this possesses can be felt, just from viewing a video on your screen……..
It’s brutality, has somewhat of a hypnotic impact, that captivates you, not only in seeing its strength, but in seeing the beauty it possesses, which truly makes it stunning…..
my prayers go out to you all, praying everyone stayed safe, for those who may have been injured, praying for your speedy recovery.
The fact that Reed stops and checks on damaged homes speaks volumes about his character. Too many other chasers only care about the video or the shot and honestly never (at least as far as I can tell only care about the $$$) about the people or the property on the way.
Came here to male a comment on this as well. Great to see someone not just all about chasing the tornade but checking the destroyed houses for possible injured people.
Bro this low key looks staged.

My brother is a federal responder and has already flown to 4 different states in the last three weeks. You guys will be in our thoughts for the foreseeable future.
I just moved to NJ this last year and my family was talking to me about this, how close to home it was in Iowa. Crazy how things change and how much near misses humans have. Tragic for those this didn't miss, I hope they can recover quickly.
@@AverageJ03Gaming Same. My brother has always been my hero. He was in the military back in 1999. And on May 3rd he was back in the states on leave. Him and members of his unit got called to Tinker Air Force Base, I could be wrong on the spelling, but it was in southern Oklahoma City. He took pictures and talked about finding limbs in the debris. Had an impact on both of us. And after his service was up he went into Federal Disaster Response. After that 1999 storm over always had interest in tornadoes. And the ways in which we should be able to prevent all loss of life.
@@AverageJ03Gaming BTW, welcome to Jersey. Hope you and your family like it up here. We have high property taxes, but meteorologically things are tame. I hope everyone survived.
Were there no sirens?
Unbelievable! I’m flabbergasted. One concern is, except for one short segment, I heard no warning sirens. I’ve noticed this quite a lot on tornado videos of late. Is it a coincidence that i happen to watch only videos where no sirens sound a warning?
@@AstiJay I'm in Manhattan and we didn't have tornado sirens go off here, I think this touched down far enough away that no sirens went off in MHK proper, but I believe they did go off in areas north and east of the town.
