my current method is watching an asmr video until i get suuuuuper sleepy and then putting my earbuds on my nightstand in hopes that i still am sleepy afterwards
I somehow put them in the same spot in my sleep. Sometimes under my pillow.
I got this stretchy cord thing for my air pods that keeps them connected to make them easier to find

dont fall asleep with earphones in. it can cause permanent ear damage, i had it from apple headphones 5 years ago. get either band ones for sleep or other external headphones
