ive been having terrible anxiety lately. preferably because im turning 30 soon and having a crisis. but these videos have helped in someway, to just take a single moment at tiimes to take a breather, and knowing that im still okay. these thoughtts are just thoughts and nothing else. thank you for these. i dont feel lonely at night times now
I hope this helps, I had anxiety , and I did a CD course....the main crux was, people who have anxiety are usually intelligent and overthinkers, and if you think yourself into anxiety , (which we do ) you can think yourself out of it. It is only thoughts about the situation that got you into it. ........that helped me to know I could change my thought about it, and think myself out. Take good care.
Great! Now, after a long day of being sick and studying hard, I can unwind with some ASMR, brush my teeth, and prepare for bed. Later on, I can continue listening to the rest of the video through my Alexa as I drift off to sleep. Thank you, Divi, for providing this relaxing content!
