Once your pokemon has evolved you can't revert back (and forcing him to stay a child is not very good morally).
So you just have to accept the change : "Even if you're like that I will still like you". And so you try to point all the goods things in it.
@@clad95150 Pokemon evolutions have nothing to do with age tho. So there's nothing morally wrong with keeping a pokemon in it's basic stage if you prefer it.

This is the third V-tuber reaction of Floragato I've seen and everyone reacted the same. "Please don't stand up" followed by "NOOOOO" and the *crying*, until lastly "You're pretty cute."
Exactly my reaction to Sprigatito's evolution. At first I hated how it became bipedal and it's final evolution looked rediculous to me, but after using it a bit I started liking it more. Plus it's broken in game

I do sympathize with people who defend Meowscarada's design, because I wish I could too. It went from having decent segments of dark and bright green with its paws and abdomen to an all desaturated light green upper body that just barely reaches uncanny level. The coloring is just bad.

Any starter that starts on four legs and becomes bipedal when it evolves needs to get the Old Yeller treatment.
I wouldn't go that far but I was definitely in the "Please God keep the grass cat on 4 legs!" camp, so I understand the disappointment... Even though it turns into a r34 furry, it's still marginally better then the other 2 imo... I didn't really like any of their evolution trees.

Oh I will also say this. Again, although it's a furry it's 3rd form is monstrously strong. Between the slight buff pokemon get to attacks of their own type, grassy terrain, a miracle seed, terastylization, and the guaranteed crit from flower trick... I must be doing something like 400% dmg. (Just a guess, I'm not innately familiar with how the numbers work but the DMG is insane, especially if the creature I'm fighting is weak to grass)
@@Psycho-go5yrIcalculated it’s damage for a good amount of time, under many possibilities, Even tried doing it in showdown with a friend to see the different damages and it’s not that good
@@Mark0MXx that's weird. It definitely hits harder then even my legendary. I've been 1 hitting even near level Pokemon who are strong against grass and I didn't just train it exclusively. Heck I didn't even shove proteins down it's throat or anything. Most of those went to my tinkaton.

The starters of this gen are all based on Festivals connected to the Iberian Peninsula. In laymans terms, Hispanic festivals. Fuecoco evolves into Skeledirge, who is based off various Day of the Dead festivals, especially ones in Mexico and Brazil. Sprigatito evolves to Meowscarada, who is based off Mardi Gras from New Orleans, which was once under Spainish control. Its costume is very similar to what some wear during those nights. Quaxly evolves into Quaquaval, who is based off Carnivals, especially ones in the Canary Islands. There is a famous costume that is made to look like a Peacock that dancers wear during those festivals. It even fights akin to Capoeira, a dance fighting technique originating from Brazil.
