maida=2 katori(250g)
desi ghee=1/4 katori
for filling:-
Mawa =1 katori(250g)
almond chopped=20-25
Cashew nuts chopped=20-25
pists( Pistachio) chopped=15-20
raisins chopped=20-25
coconut=1/2 katori
sugar=3/4 katori
cardamom powder=1/2tsp
oil for frying
