Neptune and Icare were 16 when they made this album and very inspired by Burzum. I think they took inspiration and then made it their own, even if somewhere similar.
C'est la qualité album, J'peux t'assurer. Le Black Metal aime bien reprendre une qualité de son inférieure du a son unique charme qui fit bien avec le style et le thème généralement.
There are some fine bands/projects in the Quebecscene, that's right, but "the best" is a bad word for DSBM, there are good examples all over the world... also in asian and arabic areas. ;)
