This journey is hard only from the ego-based perspective. This relationship is only possible when the co-called "push" TF reaches such a high level of consciousness when the ego-mind becomes a servant, not the master. This is a true spiritual journey.

I totally get this. I believe I have had 1 soul mate and one twin flame placed in my life. The twin and I met when we were young and each other’s first love. After we broke up 20 yrs ago, I experienced my first “dark night of the soul” as they say. i locked myself in my room for months and truly wanted to die. It actually took me about 5 years to fall in love again. In between then however my ex and I would have a fling or a brief reunion every couple years. We always seemed to just click and hed suck me in every time, truly couldn’t resist. Then i met a soulmate, we also had a deep but unhealthy connection that lasted for a decade.
What i realized and related to some of these posts is both connections were truly a reflection of me and how i felt about myself at those times. Also they’re my only ones i can say I love and have never been able to resist. A psychic medium with a reputable company recently told me i had past lives with both men. Makes sense but it also gave me a little peace of mind to get why id always been so weak to them.

I know its so hard no matter what I do im always brought back to that person forever wanting to know how someone ive spent so little time with could be on my mind at all. Do I sit here wallowing, cant I even start anything with another person knowing I will possibly always been given signs about my suspected twin........ The only reason I believe they're my twin is because I had a vision of them months before we ever met and they felt allot of familioarity with me....... I just dont see how someone could trigger me so much yet still get my attention, yet still have me reply to them and tell the truth It truly feels obsessive and unexplainable, like either im bound to some weird connection thats probably existed my whole life, or I have lost my mind and become obsessive over someone that may be nothing more than a lesson and will then be forggottern once its learned.
Finally I have accepted it too. The union is not mandatory, its like butting heads with someone who is of totally opposite personality. The saddest thing is we could have healed each other's trauma but I have to let him go. He blocked me so many times, I didn't stop I was persistent but now I don't feel like bothering him. I may be thinking of him 24*7 but I don't think I want to try again or bother him. It's his choice, he doesn't want to understand the connection and I will not try again. I did my part, he is not ready for such a divine thing, I feel like he is not able to outgrow lusting over materialistic, beauty or other mundane things. I have must focus on my own healing and growth. We are very different. I can't have superficial connections or pretend to like someone that I don't.

This video seemed to appear at a divine time for me to share my experience. I have met my twin flame, we both agree we are twin flames; we are also empaths and old souls; makes it a very intense relationship. We've known each other for over 10 years in this lifetime; and in the past year have gotten to know each other a lot more, on a deeper level, a spiritual level. We dated for about 5 months, and are currently not together, he is my best friend. People say that twin flames need to be a couple, they actually don't. This is exactly how I want my connection to be! But he is not ready yet for confrontation all the time, he wants to play it safe and cool and try to make it happen as it used to be(I know him for years). I tried to put the connection in a box as well when it just isn't supposed to be like that. If we are stronger and we choose to do so, we can be together again. We have never had a fight, we never argue, we sometimes don't see eye to eye, but always end up agreeing on the solution, the answer, the point of view from the other person. It's very difficult for us to go a day or a weekend without thinking about the other person, or knowing what they are thinking or feeling (makes dating people difficult at times). We can always feel the other persons emotions, even with distance. We have to put up boundaries and walls upon occasion to make it through the day; heads up, doesn't always work. The Twin Flame connection is not something that you put on hold, wait for, not be ready for, etc, you literally have HAVE NO CHOICE! You two are connected on levels deeper than sexual, relationship or friendship. It's freakin intense, it's hard to explain, and when you know ... you know, and the universe (and people will try), cannot tear it apart (also makes dating difficult). If you're talking about confrontation with your person, this is NOT your twin flame. Don't look for it, don't seek it out, it will .. just happen, if it is to happen, in this lifetime.

The twin flame dynamic is the most radical love experience anyone could ever experience in all of reality. It is a full body, full spirit, alchemical experience into the fabric of reality. The idea is to work through wounds separately and permanently switch your negative energy to positive, one wound healing at a time. 6 years ago, I had met my twin flame. Our first interaction felt very familiar and our realities reflected one another. He was living with his ex, and I was living with mine, amongst others similarities. We shared very similar outlooks, yet there was MUCH friction. I was overwhelmed, confused, and didn’t know why I felt so drawn to this person despite the baggage we both were carrying. Once I surrendered and began to see the experience as lessons, my spiritual awakening took off. When I had read about twin flames, I noticed how much emphasis is put on the “how long the relationship will last.” I can definitely see why this would be the case. In order for a twin flame relationship to work, each one must embody self awareness. Each experience, each moment of uncertainty must be met with an openness to learn. My partner and I live together, with 2 dogs and we are planning on buying a house. Guess what, I still get confused over how long this twin flame will last, but I’m okay with that because I trust in the process and I have faith in the universe. He brings some great points. I met my twin flame over a year ago under spontaneous circumstances, but that was the beauty. Our energies clicked and the love was strong. I still love her due to that energy. Unfortunately, she left but we reconciled 7 months later. Yet, during that time apart I focused on improving myself as a person. I also focused on healing my spiritual side from past to present events. Without evening knowing it, I became stronger due to loving myself. When I spoke her again, I felt more consciously self-aware compare to her. After 3 months of feeling that the energies were not aligned, I decided to let her go. I have a lot of love for her and I wish her the best, but I believe that time will help her understand herself better. I trust the universe, if we are meant to be, timing will reunite us. If not, I just want her to be happy, she knows my love for her will never fade.

What should I do if she is already gone and found herself a boyfriend and now living with him? Should I accept her back? If we’re one soul this should never happen. Mine seems to be Lesbian which is better but what is the point if there is separation. Separation means rejection, means I don’t love you, so to hell. I am in my TF journey with my twin. Hate and love comes together. It’s tough, wounded, hurt and involved unconditional love, too. But I learned and observed myself, reflection of him who is my mirror. Healed it, embrace it, I manage to break free of codependency pattern and living harmony. Because of my spirituality of understanding, it takes me to live my life better&wiser. It’s the matter of time my twin will come to his own reflection, I can’t force it. This is the most painful journey, they bring up past mistakes and traumas, so you can heal and raise your consciousness. The love is so strong that you feel you have lost your self will, when in separation nobody compares to them, the loss is the deepest hole in your heart. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone
For anyone reading that and going through such an event...it gets easier...you'll be tempted to put all of your focus on THEM...but don't...at least try not to...instead put the focus on yourself. Ask yourself why you feel so conflicted inside of yourself...ask yourself how you can utilize this conflict to heal...it sounds ironic, but if we heal ourselves from the inner shadows that pop up from meeting our twin, the better we are able to move on from any potential pain it brings from meeting them. We still care...but we don't feel the pain in yearning to unite with them... because we no longer have the apparent lacks that we felt they compensated for. Our "other half" is here to teach us self reliance...being whole inside of ourselves before having someone to enhance our life experiences so that we can grow in live and joy.
Met my twin flame online and we're now in separation for about a year. We met with so many challenges and so much crap between the both of us but the love for each other never dies. It takes great patience dealing with the separation, when each and every day we can feel our souls just trying to pull us together but we both know everything happens in Divine timing. I met my twin flame summer 2016; I was just friends w him until 2018. As I am older than him I always wanted to have us just be friends. But that didn’t happen, we got closer and closer everything got sooo intense! Then we got into separation & all I wanted was to be with him. The obsession was real. But I wouldn’t be looking for this connection. I didn’t know what a twin flame was until the separation. This connection is about your ascension journey. Not about the romance. I realized so many things about myself because of the connection. And I have grown. And I love myself in a totally different way. I’m with a wonderful soulmate who also appreciates and loves themselves. I am no longer co-dependent, or looking for outside validation. I don’t feel like I am in a toxic relationship for the first time in my life. Also my twin and I are on good terms now because I stopped pushing for the connection to work. There is this understanding between us that’s just unexplainable. And literally it was just meant to be this way.

I heard so many people complaining about the "toxic" twin flame relationship. those are karmic lessons, not twin flames. twin flames are RARE and share spiritual, transcedental love. they are the same soul, opposite polarity. they can't hurt each other intentionally. in the connection there are elements of pain, the awakening and the dark night of the soul (which is hell). The triggers are very frequent between twin flames, but not toxic behaviour... most of the time its our own negativity that surfaces and hurts, while the ego is disolving to transmute into higher Love. Separation is never to long, as both of them can't live without each other. Once the soul merging occurs, it is a definite imprint on the soul. You don't just "break up" from your twin flame. There much greater powers at play in this connection... First of all u can't translate it in a typical relationship. Chances are that if you don't experience paranormal stuff, "miracles" and a third divine energy in your togetherness, it's not a twin flame. Twin flames who meet in this incarnation are destined to work through the blocks separately and also together and unite in harmony. phisical union is the last stage in a true twin flame connection.

Im so tired of seeing people defining twin flames automatically at "Toxic" or throwing around the word "narcissistic" because real twin flames are MIRRORS yet people keep playing the blame game. I've met my twin flame. It's extremely challenging to keep the relationship going. We argue on important but extremely small things. Ego is also a big thing which we both have; I'm currently working on not relying on the ego because I've seen from my twin flame how terrible and shallow it is. It's a great experience but you'll need to have a heart to take it on. Be careful not to fall into depression when you hit rock bottom.. Because you will. And then you will rise as a much, much better person💛

I reckon its hard to attract or keep your twin flame when you're not improving yourself or you're stuck at a low vibration. Others find false twin flames and decide that twin flames don't exist 🙄. That's like getting divorced once and telling people marriage is a sham lol. Twin flames are hard to explain to people that don't have that connection.
I met my tf, I was initially attracted to her very strongly physically. She was on a healing Journey, I myself being wounded but me being older I was more understanding of her. The initial high was like a drug I hadn’t experience this kind of love before. But then it all came crashing down, my ego self sabotaged the relationship. But barely managed to save it and remained friends. I tried to reconnect with her though my efforts were in vain. Her example encouraged me to heal my inner child and abandonment wounds. I started meditating and going for walks in nature, this helped me ground myself. I remained open to the possibility of getting together with her again. But she has since ghosted me. I am ok with that. I am in a good place spiritually. Maybe our timing wasn’t right or maybe she came to light my flame which now burns bright although by myself

There’s many people who gloss over the drawbacks of this type of intense relationship... but plenty of guides who cut the bs and let us know it’s not all about romance. Sometimes it isn’t about romance at all for some. I have had a telepathic connection with mine for about 8 years. I’m with my twin flame but not married. I was actually introduced to him many years ago. He was a friend of my ex husband. We were merely acquainted. He wasn’t someone I would have considered a person I would date. I was told he had died in an car accident. That was 10 years ago. After my divorce, a close friend whom I hadn’t seen in sometime referred to them and I was like, I thought they were dead. I didn’t believe he was alive, so I reached out and found him. Living 1 minute away. So, at first, we immediately wanted to get together. Things were pretty hot. We both had been married and divorced and were starved for physical affection. Things quickly turned a corner. Fortunately for us, we have handled it wonderfully thus far. We shared a very challenging health condition and that was a huge connection. We had longed for someone who truly “got it”. Then we just realized we didn’t need that physical intimacy. We wanted to be together in company but if it went further wasn’t the defining reason. Luckily we both just laid things out on the table when they came up. It was with kindness and respect and we work on those. I’m bossy, he whines. He’s emotional, I’m tomboy. What has happened to me is I found myself becoming truly aware of mistreatment in relationships regarding people I had dated a long time ago. All of a sudden I developed this incredible courage to point out to these people, who ironically had drifted back into the scene their behavior that I think anyone would find inappropriate and the behaviors that had developed as they moved through life. I would be very blunt, not cruel but matter of fact that I didn’t associate with people who thought in this manner or behaved inappropriately. There were 2 who had asked to take me out. Well, that didn’t happen. I told them that they might need to look at their ways and said goodbye. My twin flame seems to have difficulty finding coping tools with his illness so I share my knowledge, techniques in regards to well being with this common challenge we shared. We’re fortunate in that we are so comfortable to just be so open. Our relationship doesn’t have a label. It’s simply a relationship. We don’t project future expectations of the relationship. We don’t smother each other. I’m just so utterly grateful for this relationship. We want to be together a lot but we also have no issues with saying I’m tired and not up to hanging out. We’re very content to just quietly be in each other’s company. Physical intimacy..we go with the flow. I can’t truly capture it in words but it’s simply above all other relationships. It’s so special. We’ve only been actively involved for 3 weeks but it’s always been. The deepest part is our understanding and ability to relate, resonate. I just love him in such a special way and nothing will change it. I don’t know if it will come to something like marriage. We don’t think like that. We are married but not like married. Lol.
This is an opinion but it is a very honest one. Sometimes the TRUTH is a hard pill to swallow. Every twin flame journey is unique. But I can agree that it is WORK. Society wants to glorify labels & idealistic scenarios but when it comes to realistically speaking its not all gold & glitter!! You BOTH must have a shared goal for the bond to work. & You BOTH must be transparent or it WILLNOT work. Ego CAN play a big role! In my opinion it really depends on the maturity level if it will last & most definitely PATIENCE! As 1 evolves so does the other but it may be in different areas. These type of things DO create clashes & if one party is unwilling to take accountability then it can create tension which will inevitably create separation. Meeting my twin changed my life for the better! Although many close to me have disagreed. Also, I don't necessarily recommend manifesting a twin flame relationship. As a Twin Flame myself and a reader and teacher of this path I agree having a common goal is absolutely important and being committed to it-however there is much more to working with it than this. In order to stay committed to the common goal they both must be willing to be accountable for their side of the mirror and to dig in and do the inner healing work. Many times TF’s get angry at other and they project onto the other because they are not looking at what is actually being reflected back and using that as rocket fuel for transformation. So yes, the common goal or purpose is important, but the willingness to heal the stories, beliefs, programs, and patterns must be something they both are willing to do without resistance. Lastly, it’s difficult for many to detach and surrender to these processes and not expect a 3D relationship from a 5D connection. If this connection is meant to manifest it will, if not another Divine Partnership will attract in, but it will never function as a lower 3D relationship. It will be a higher spiritual connection that is vastly different from that old limited karmic programming. I hope someone finds this helpful who feels they are stuck in a frustrated loop. 😇🙏🏻💜🔥🔥

Twin flames often awaken when they both are ready to expand and ascend. Now if people let their egos, triggers and differences get in the way... They will split. The goal is to maintain the fire as one unity and not too separated flames. Now.. Rather it’s a twin flame or soulmate or another unlabeled relationship. We just need partners at our soul’s level. So if both look at the same type of growth and expansion, it will be a smooth evolution between two souls. My tf also 'rejected' me and that was really a trigger for me because I am very sensitive for rejection, I have serious issues with that and he always tried to avoid making me feel rejected by not letting me go earlier. He kept me on a leash and waited for a chance to just cut the ties. I overthink a lot and it has come to my mind I practiced reverse loa with my insecurity and I just pushed him away with my fear of rejection. This response from you gave me new insight, to work on it to change my mindset and see if he wants to come back to me, because in my 'work' with loa I always add in my own rule that I never do something against the will of someone else. If he comes back I want him to do it because he wants it himself. We are both with very strong mental abilities so I would never be able to abduct his mind anyway. We both know how to protect it.
So so so much truth in this video. Have been through the twin flame journey. I met the most beautiful person ever, and she was my twin flame. But the challenges were totally unexpected - and unimaginable. I held deep ancient love for my twin flame which plunged through different past lives, but the outcome was not what I imagined it to be. It isn't easy, I know, but you need to focus on the positives over the negatives. Focus on your GRATITUDE for what you LOVE about yourself, and more of those things will come to light. You also need to accept your SHADOW SIDE in order to heal it! You must agree together, and you must agree with yourselves. We need to refocus our mindset in these relationships. Yes I met my twin flame back in 2019, and I thank God we were not meant to be together! Yes the attraction was out of this world, synchronicities everywhere, love like I've never experienced, just like twins, but I'm happy it ended. We were off an on. I kept on healing and growing while he preferred to stay in victim mode. When it was time to move on, I moved on and left him.

I never attracted my divine partner(I don't like the new age label of twin flame). They came into my life when I least expected it, at a time I didn't know I needed him. I met my twin flame two and half years ago when I was 16. The type of love I experienced on seeing him cannot be put into words. It was instant and powerful. We had been in the same school for 8 yeare but because of some reason had to seperate. I was in a different town but after 4 years we met again coming from totally different places in the same college. We were togther for year and everything was so beautiful. But we fought a lot and as master said 'we projected our own weaknesses on each other' which lead to the separation. We have been seperated for a year now. No communication. I met my twin flame and very recently we broke up. We had an instant connection, everything fell into place, we were in a relationship- and when we held each others mirrors up, is when the issues began. I had my spiritual awakening and journey of self discovery in 2020, and when he held the mirror I agreed and used it as an opportunity to grow. I totally get this. I believe I have had 1 soul mate and one twin flame placed in my life. The twin and I met when we were young and each other’s first love. After we broke up 20 yrs ago, I experienced my first “dark night of the soul” as they say. i locked myself in my room for months and truly wanted to die. It actually took me about 5 years to fall in love again. In between then however my ex and I would have a fling or a brief reunion every couple years. We always seemed to just click and hed suck me in every time, truly couldn’t resist. Then i met a soulmate, we also had a deep but unhealthy connection that lasted for a decade.
What i realized and related to some of these posts is both connections were truly a reflection of me and how i felt about myself at those times. Finally I have accepted it too. The union is not mandatory, its like butting heads with someone who is of totally opposite personality. The saddest thing is we could have healed each other's trauma but I have to let him go. He blocked me so many times, I didn't stop I was persistent but now I don't feel like bothering him. I may be thinking of him 24*7 but I don't think I want to try again or bother him.

This video seemed to appear at a divine time for me to share my experience. I have met my twin flame, we both agree we are twin flames; we are also empaths and old souls; makes it a very intense relationship.
We've known each other for over 10 years in this lifetime; and in the past year have gotten to know each other a lot more, on a deeper level, a spiritual level. We dated for about 5 months, and are currently not together, he is my best friend. People say that twin flames need to be a couple, they actually don't. We love each other, but not in love with each other. At first we thought it was soulmates, but it's much more different than that; if you've experienced it you know what I'm talking about.
The challenges we face are because we are so similar, we can read each other, and almost know what the other is thinking, even when we are not in the same physical place. I can feel his emotions and feelings when he's not around, and he can feel mine.
We work on common goals, we work towards finding a balance, we work on personal growth. We work on communication, and listening and expressing what we feel, need and are experiencing. We are twin flames that continue to reunite; from this lifetime, and from past lifetimes. We know we've met before. We try to distance ourselves from each other, and push each other away in our current lifetime, we've found this doesn't work (haha, and an ahha moment here). It's like magnets, you just keep connecting as much as you try to force them apart.
If you've met your twin flame you will know; it's a journey, and experience, and definitely not without challenges. BUT when you find the balance, it's like a song that has been masterfully composed.

This is exactly how I want my connection to be! But he is not ready yet for confrontation all the time, he wants to play it safe and cool and try to make it happen as it used to be(I know him for years). We have never had a fight, we never argue, we sometimes don't see eye to eye, but always end up agreeing on the solution, the answer, the point of view from the other person.
It's very difficult for us to go a day or a weekend without thinking about the other person, or knowing what they are thinking or feeling (makes dating people difficult at times). We can always feel the other persons emotions, even with distance. We have to put up boundaries and walls upon occasion to make it through the day; heads up, doesn't always work.
The Twin Flame connection is not something that you put on hold, wait for, not be ready for, etc, you literally have HAVE NO CHOICE! You two are connected on levels deeper than sexual, relationship or friendship. It's freakin intense, it's hard to explain, and when you know ... you know, and the universe (and people will try), cannot tear it apart (also makes dating difficult).

6 years ago, I had met my twin flame. Our first interaction felt very familiar and our realities reflected one another. He was living with his ex, and I was living with mine, amongst others similarities. We shared very similar outlooks, yet there was MUCH friction. I was overwhelmed, confused, and didn’t know why I felt so drawn to this person despite the baggage we both were carrying. He brings some great points. I met my twin flame over a year ago under spontaneous circumstances, but that was the beauty. Our energies clicked and the love was strong. I still love her due to that energy. Unfortunately, she left but we reconciled 7 months later. Yet, during that time apart I focused on improving myself as a person. I also focused on healing my spiritual side from past to present events. Without evening knowing it, I became stronger due to loving myself. When I spoke her again, I felt more consciously self-aware compare to her. After 3 months of feeling that the energies were not aligned, I decided to let her go. I have a lot of love for her and I wish her the best, but I believe that time will help her understand herself better. I trust the universe, if we are meant to be, timing will reunite us. If not, I just want her to be happy, she knows my love for her will never fade.

This is the most painful journey, they bring up past mistakes and traumas, so you can heal and raise your consciousness. The love is so strong that you feel you have lost your self will, when in separation nobody compares to them, the loss is the deepest hole in your heart. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone
For anyone reading that and going through such an event...it gets easier...you'll be tempted to put all of your focus on THEM...but don't...at least try not to...instead put the focus on yourself. Ask yourself why you feel so conflicted inside of yourself...ask yourself how you can utilize this conflict to heal...it sounds ironic, but if we heal ourselves from the inner shadows that pop up from meeting our twin, the better we are able to move on from any potential pain it brings from meeting them. We still care...but we don't feel the pain in yearning to unite with them... because we no longer have the apparent lacks that we felt they compensated for. Our "other half" is here to teach us self reliance...being whole inside of ourselves before having someone to enhance our life experiences so that we can grow in live and joy.
Met my twin flame online and we're now in separation for about a year. We met with so many challenges and so much crap between the both of us but the love for each other never dies. I met my twin flame summer 2016; I was just friends w him until 2018. As I am older than him I always wanted to have us just be friends. But that didn’t happen, we got closer and closer everything got sooo intense! Then we got into separation & all I wanted was to be with him. The obsession was real. But I wouldn’t be looking for this connection. I didn’t know what a twin flame was until the separation. This connection is about your ascension journey. Not about the romance. I realized so many things about myself because of the connection. And I have grown. And I love myself in a totally different way. I heard so many people complaining about the "toxic" twin flame relationship. those are karmic lessons, not twin flames. twin flames are RARE and share spiritual, transcedental love. they are the same soul, opposite polarity. they can't hurt each other intentionally. in the connection there are elements of pain, the awakening and the dark night of the soul (which is hell). The triggers are very frequent between twin flames, but not toxic behaviour... most of the time its our own negativity that surfaces and hurts, while the ego is disolving to transmute into higher Love. Separation is never to long, as both of them can't live without each other. Once the soul merging occurs, it is a definite imprint on the soul. You don't just "break up" from your twin flame. There much greater powers at play in this connection... First of all u can't translate it in a typical relationship. Chances are that if you don't experience paranormal stuff, "miracles" and a third divine energy in your togetherness, it's not a twin flame. I was brought to my twin flame in 2014. It was great in the beginning but maaaannnn TALK ABOUT TOXIC smh. We could never seem to get it right. I've met my twin flame. It's extremely challenging to keep the relationship going. We argue on important but extremely small things. Ego is also a big thing which we both have; I'm currently working on not relying on the ego because I've seen from my twin flame how terrible and shallow it is. It's a great experience but you'll need to have a heart to take it on. Be careful not to fall into depression when you hit rock bottom.. Because you will. And then you will rise as a much, much better person💛

I reckon its hard to attract or keep your twin flame when you're not improving yourself or you're stuck at a low vibration. Others find false twin flames and decide that twin flames don't exist 🙄. I met my tf, I was initially attracted to her very strongly physically. She was on a healing Journey, I myself being wounded but me being older I was more understanding of her. The initial high was like a drug I hadn’t experience this kind of love before. But then it all came crashing down, my ego self sabotaged the relationship. But barely managed to save it and remained friends. I tried to reconnect with her though my efforts were in vain. Her example encouraged me to heal my inner child and abandonment wounds. I started meditating and going for walks in nature, this helped me ground myself. I remained open to the possibility of getting together with her again. But she has since ghosted me. I am ok with that. I am in a good place spiritually. Maybe our timing wasn’t right or maybe she came to light my flame which now burns bright although by myself

I have had a telepathic connection with mine for about 8 years. I’m with my twin flame but not married. I was actually introduced to him many years ago. He was a friend of my ex husband. We were merely acquainted. He wasn’t someone I would have considered a person I would date. I was told he had died in an car accident. That was 10 years ago. After my divorce, a close friend whom I hadn’t seen in sometime referred to them and I was like, I thought they were dead. I didn’t believe he was alive, so I reached out and found him. Living 1 minute away. So, at first, we immediately wanted to get together. Things were pretty hot. We both had been married and divorced and were starved for physical affection. Things quickly turned a corner. Fortunately for us, we have handled it wonderfully thus far. We shared a very challenging health condition and that was a huge connection. We had longed for someone who truly “got it”. Then we just realized we didn’t need that physical intimacy. We wanted to be together in company but if it went further wasn’t the defining reason. Luckily we both just laid things out on the table when they came up. It was with kindness and respect and we work on those. I’m bossy, he whines. He’s emotional, I’m tomboy. What has happened to me is I found myself becoming truly aware of mistreatment in relationships regarding people I had dated a long time ago. All of a sudden I developed this incredible courage to point out to these people, who ironically had drifted back into the scene their behavior that I think anyone would find inappropriate and the behaviors that had developed as they moved through life. I would be very blunt, not cruel but matter of fact that I didn’t associate with people who thought in this manner or behaved inappropriately. There were 2 who had asked to take me out. Well, that didn’t happen. I told them that they might need to look at their ways and said goodbye. My twin flame seems to have difficulty finding coping tools with his illness so I share my knowledge, techniques in regards to well being with this common challenge we shared. We’re fortunate in that we are so comfortable to just be so open. Our relationship doesn’t have a label. It’s simply a relationship. We don’t project future expectations of the relationship. We just go with the flow. What will be will be. I told him if he ever wanted to have an intimate relationship with someone else, our relationship wouldn’t loose what it is. We know we are twin flames. We are telepathic. Exact thought, exact time with exact same words. We each have our own homes but somethings just come off my tongue out of nowhere. We’re very content to just quietly be in each other’s company. Physical intimacy..we go with the flow. I can’t truly capture it in words but it’s simply above all other relationships. It’s so special. We’ve only been actively involved for 3 weeks but it’s always been. The deepest part is our understanding and ability to relate, resonate. I just love him in such a special way and nothing will change it. I don’t know if it will come to something like marriage. We don’t think like that. We are married but not like married. Lol.
This is an opinion but it is a very honest one. Sometimes the TRUTH is a hard pill to swallow. Every twin flame journey is unique. But I can agree that it is WORK. Society wants to glorify labels & idealistic scenarios but when it comes to realistically speaking its not all gold & glitter!! You BOTH must have a shared goal for the bond to work. & You BOTH must be transparent or it WILLNOT work. Ego CAN play a big role! In my opinion it really depends on the maturity level if it will last & most definitely PATIENCE! As 1 evolves so does the other but it may be in different areas. Meeting my twin changed my life for the better! Although many close to me have disagreed. Also, I don't necessarily recommend manifesting a twin flame relationship. As a Twin Flame myself and a reader and teacher of this path I agree having a common goal is absolutely important and being committed to it-however there is much more to working with it than this. In order to stay committed to the common goal they both must be willing to be accountable for their side of the mirror and to dig in and do the inner healing work. Many times TF’s get angry at other and they project onto the other because they are not looking at what is actually being reflected back and using that as rocket fuel for transformation. So yes, the common goal or purpose is important, but the willingness to heal the stories, beliefs, programs, and patterns must be something they both are willing to do without resistance. Lastly, it’s difficult for many to detach and surrender to these processes and not expect a 3D relationship from a 5D connection. If this connection is meant to manifest it will, if not another Divine Partnership will attract in, but it will never function as a lower 3D relationship. It will be a higher spiritual connection that is vastly different from that old limited karmic programming. I hope someone finds this helpful who feels they are stuck in a frustrated loop. 😇🙏🏻💜🔥🔥

Twin flames often awaken when they both are ready to expand and ascend. Now if people let their egos, triggers and differences get in the way... They will split. The goal is to maintain the fire as one unity and not too separated flames. Now.. Rather it’s a twin flame or soulmate or another unlabeled relationship. We just need partners at our soul’s level. So if both look at the same type of growth and expansion, it will be a smooth evolution between two souls. My tf also 'rejected' me and that was really a trigger for me because I am very sensitive for rejection, I have serious issues with that and he always tried to avoid making me feel rejected by not letting me go earlier. He kept me on a leash and waited for a chance to just cut the ties. I overthink a lot and it has come to my mind I practiced reverse loa with my insecurity and I just pushed him away with my fear of rejection. This response from you gave me new insight, to work on it to change my mindset and see if he wants to come back to me, because in my 'work' with loa I always add in my own rule that I never do something against the will of someone else. If he comes back I want him to do it because he wants it himself. We are both with very strong mental abilities so I would never be able to abduct his mind anyway. We both know how to protect it.
So so so much truth in this video. Have been through the twin flame journey. I met the most beautiful person ever, and she was my twin flame. But the challenges were totally unexpected - and unimaginable. I held deep ancient love for my twin flame which plunged through different past lives, but the outcome was not what I imagined it to be. And, also, I do agree with a lot of what you're saying. If you're going from an egoic mindset to attract your "twin flame/soulmate," it will not work. And, if you're focusing so much of your energy on attracting them and you're too attached to the expectation of it, you will never attract your twin flame or real love into your life. Twin Flames don't work if you cannot accept each other and yourself. You reflect on each other. You are the same in a sense. And, you need to realize that you are no better or worse than the other. Instead of getting frustrated, you must get INSPIRED to change. If you don't like things about yourself, change them. Challenge yourself to love yourself through your weaknesses. It isn't easy, I know, but you need to focus on the positives over the negatives. Focus on your GRATITUDE for what you LOVE about yourself, and more of those things will come to light. You also need to accept your SHADOW SIDE in order to heal it! You must agree together, and you must agree with yourselves. We need to refocus our mindset in these relationships. Yes I met my twin flame back in 2019, and I thank God we were not meant to be together! Yes the attraction was out of this world, synchronicities everywhere, love like I've never experienced, just like twins, but I'm happy it ended. We were off an on. I kept on healing and growing while he preferred to stay in victim mode. When it was time to move on, I moved on and left him.

I never attracted my divine partner(I don't like the new age label of twin flame). They came into my life when I least expected it, at a time I didn't know I needed him. I met my twin flame two and half years ago when I was 16. The type of love I experienced on seeing him cannot be put into words. It was instant and powerful. We had been in the same school for 8 yeare but because of some reason had to seperate. I met my twin flame and very recently we broke up. We had an instant connection, everything fell into place, we were in a relationship- and when we held each others mirrors up, is when the issues began.
