Awesome flight! I know the level of skill youve shown doesn't come easy. I'm stuck on a learning plateau, and not seeing much progress. I still can't get the Piro-Flip down. But if I keep trying, it will click one day. It's funny though, the better I get, the better yall get, and I never catch up! Thanks for sharing. It's much needed motivation.

Bravissimo Luca. If you had to recommend an upgrade helicopter from the 470LT to a larger scale (with 6s batteries) to a guy (me) who flies very quietly no 3d, would you tell to go for a 550X or a TB60? Grazie mille
Hello 12s of course is more powerful, the 2x voltage achieve lower currents and more efficiency. But in this video I want to demonstrate that even the 6s configuration could achieve good flight times with very hard 3D flights
@pescante2711 3 minutes isn't a good flight time! Then again, not many people need 2300 rpm. On 6s it must be pretty light so 2000 rpm should be plenty for most people and 5 minute 3D flights.
But it wouldn't have this agility. I still think this performances are amazing on a 600 class helicopter with a 6S battery pack and this video wanted to demonstrate that. You need quality LiPo battery to achieve them though.
@pescante2711 the agility is mainly down to the FBL setup these days. 2100 might be a sweet spot for most people doing 3D. I just don't get why they have geared it to top out at 2800 rpm and don't offer a smaller motor pulley option! You could even run this heli on the 530kv motor and still get 1500 rpm which would be plenty for most people and you'd get like 50% longer flights the packs would stay cool and last way longer!
This is the first time I have seen an RC helicopter fly and my first reaction was... this is total bullshit.. just imagine this happening to a real heli with passengers and a pilot... I got over it. Very nice flying and control.
