And I am truly glad that you have considered all options including what might come in the future. The house looks BEAUTIFUL! I thought it might be a "fixer-upper" the way you were talking about it until I saw the footage; it would be happy the rest of my life living in a place like that. It seems to check off all of your needs/wants and should be a great place to live as well as a great base of operations. I am SO happy for you both! CONGRATULATIONS!!! The house and property is gorgeous. Knowing what your requirements for house, property, & lake, I was concerned the place didn’t exist for less than $5 million Euros. But you found the one for you guys and I am so happy for you. Buying your first house is special and you are the perfect couple. Now the hard part - waiting to move. Lol. Even though you are away from town, please keep the kitties inside. It is better for them. You can leash train them so they can walk to the summer cottage with you. You just have to build an outside playroom on each house for the kitties.

You stated your original amount you wanted to spend but realized that was unrealistic so we know its more than 200k. New house for new experiments... -rubs hands together and grins- 😁 i like the shipping container idea, and have some suggestions of things you can do for layout of your new property to maximize your total area for play. With a boat, you can do more underwater filming, maybe even set up caisson and do underwater stuff there so you don't disturb the fish. I look forward to more content from both of your channel. 🤘❤

Yes it's a big scarey thing to write that cheque and I have done it 3 times. So far it looks great, in less than 5 years you will look at the house behind Timo's workshop and think, how did we live there so long.
