I'm probably like many here in the United States who are frustrated with China for many reasons but I am cheering these guys on. It's exciting to see another nation in Space and I hope that it will help all of humanity.
Maybe your frustration is caused by the ever present false news created by the mainstream Western media about China. My impression of China changed when I visited China personally to find out for myself that they're as progressive or in fact more progressive than most nations in the world to reach 2nd place in term of economic power, the controlled economy and good government policies had benefited their citizens. Unlike most western nations, their riches are not attained thru wars / loots but thru hardwork and diligence to transform the country into the factory of the world. The western media had lost their creditability with their sysmatic bashing of anything China.
@@SciNewsRo As you mentioned, this is a really interesting point. Most CN sponsored media would report in the word taikonaut today. But the official CNSA actually use astronaut in their English communication.
@@가엽-l5r If you go to wikipedia it explains it. China only uses 宇航員/yu'hang'yuan or 航天員/hang'tian'yuan - English translation Astronaut officially. Taikonaut is transliterated from 太空人/tai'kong'ren - used in Taiwan and Hong Kong only.
This word was created by some western media under the influence of cold war. I don't think this strange word is a praise but more like a cold war like discrimination.

我喜欢三位宇航员,特别是老乡刘伯明,向你们致敬!幸苦了。
不容易,不简单,中国人遭受欧美技术封锁,但是我们从未屈服。
Best of luck and look forward to the space walk. Be prudent.
Wish those astronaunts have a successful mission💪
中国空间站 🇨🇳 A great step for China! You can be proud! . . . .

No country is perfect. And it is quite obvious that China gets scrutinised and criticised far more than others, often hypocritically too.
@@csleo5967 I applaud you for seeking and finding the truth about China. Well done. 👍
USA gov is too good at brainwashing for so many years. Open you eyes, this world is not only about USA.
因为西方媒体的中国假新闻太多了,美国需要一个敌人维持他在全球的霸权,而我们中国的发展让美国感到了威胁,但这并不重要,我们依旧会打破由西方统治的旧世界体制,未来必将属于一个全新的地球
Would you consider use the word "Taikonaut" for the onboard Chinese astronaut?
We are in a world of astronaut, cosmonaut, and taikonaut.
No, because CNSA does not use it.

The suit named “fly” and have two colors blue and red.
Why the blue color ? Weren't they need to reflect solar radiation ?
@@ggurwlcom420 Only parts of it is blue. They are there for aesthetics.
