Can this be Used In Mac OS Monterey
Hello, I have an annual subscription with yourselves (with Filmora 12). I received an email telling me I had had a free upgrade to Filmora 13. I downloaded it, but then it asks me to pay to upgrade to Filmora 13 to export videos?? I've tried numerous times with your chat bot, but they just keep telling me to enjoy my free upgrade (the one I don't have) and can find no other way to contact you, which isn't very useful. Please advise if I have a free upgrade or not.

Is filmora supports nesting or precomping multiple clips?
I just upgraded from version 12 and spent about 1/2 hour in it. Love the keyframe panel and having my talking head on a separate track. Text based editing is a very welcome addition.

Add a parallax effect. Also add space filling using artificial intelligence, from where the object was cut out. Make more possibilities with 3d like in after effect, so that you can insert text somewhere so that it fits into the atmosphere.

Where do we find the connection for Filmora Pro to the desktop and tablet and phone app? I've not been able to find the connection to be able to use it on the desktop with the pictures taken on the cell phone and created clips

Just upgraded from 11 to 13 and have been very impressed, much more stable and the hardware on my pc works so much faster. Loads of extras although some of the AI tool are a little bit hit and miss with room for improvements. Overall it's very good in comparison to other software

i just upgraded, and when i upload from filmora directly to youtube, it cuts off my video. i've been uploading to youtube before with no issues. i can't seem to fix/toubleshoot the issue. any ideas?
example: my video is 1 hour long, and the first time i uploaded it only uploaded a 25 minute video. i uploaded another time and it uploaded 14 minutes, and the last 4 minutes of video was just a gray screen :(

I edit one day, come back the next and most files are missing and need to be relocated one at a time? Very annoying. Also, can no longer Import files from my iPhone which is usually faster than from my Mac. How can I go back to V12???

nive but we still need the feature to "nest " sequence like in adobe it s an easy feature to make would help a lot while making long video to make sure everything stay where it should be even if I change something on the timeline , I am on the verge of switching to adobe only because of this feature

Funny how this video was not made with filmora 13.
But yes, Keyframe Graph Editor is really a gamechanger. BUT there are a lot of bugs that I noticed already. For example: I rendered a video and a whole audio-track was completely missing, then I dragged the track one floor lower and then it worked. Also the Keyframe Graph editor could be a little bigger and easier to adjust the ease in and out option.
AND(!!!!!!): Please Filmora add better seamingless movement transitions. Those are just not even close to look professional.

Unfortunately, if you didn’t buy your license before ‘lifetime’ changed to ‘perpetual’ - which I think was in 2017 but not 100% sure - then you wouldn’t be able to upgrade without paying for a new license. I’m in the same boat as you with my Mac License and have no plans to upgrade.
@@ABC589 Perpetual means lifetime. Dictionary says, "never ending or changing." I bought the program because it was a one-time payment. Nope.
Well @@artvsmachine3703 , you do own the program for life but now only for that major update of Filmora. However, this used to include *ALL Major Updates & Small Updates* - this is still the case if you purchased before 2017. As you mentioned, it is very misleading.
@@ABC589it turns out my license carried over. Because I paid for Filmora cross plat license and I got a lifetime license and free upgrades...

After upgrade from 12 to 13.031 version I am experiencing serious problems with stability and operation of basic functions. The split button randomly disappears, motion tracking hangs, you can't edit the size of the mosaic added to motion tracking, and much more. I went back to version 12. I don't understand where these enthusiastic comments come from. Do you remove the negative ones? Please fix the bugs.
