0:42 Goobididibily toilet. Look at me I'm gen alpha. 2:51 "Do you wish to tell me your story?" "Yes." [fades out then back in]. "And then there was this captain, right, but when we went to fight him, he was actually a giant squid!" (Oops, came back too soon.) [fades out then back in] "Your journey has been recorded. Good luck." 20:39 Gold Dragon is for undead enemies. Pretty common staple in RPGs, usually a white mage can deal serious damage to undead enemies with the right spell, but the spell is useless otherwise. 22:09 "Nina uses a Cura2 Spell." Bleu: "Your spell is too weak. Take him to the village." Nina: "Well, w-wait, I also know Cura3!" 23:05 You're telling me this whole time these characters could run that fast, but *chose* not to? Btw I think the reason you're having an easy time with this game is because you're following a guide, so you're getting the very best stuff the moment it becomes possible for you to get it. In a natural playthrough, you may only get some of this stuff. Though I admit I've never played the whole game and not maxed out what Ryu's magic can do, but it is so OP.
I figured that's probably what the Gold Dragon was for, didn't end up needing it. I'm only really using a guide for the side stuff, to save myself (and yourselves lol) time. Other than that, the only aid I'm using are maps for the dungeons, to again, save time.
Your over-the-top hate for Gobi has been a highlight of this playthrough. It reminds me of me and my friend playing Tales of Symphonia on the gamecube, and there was this character Regal Bryant we just decided to irrationally hate, to the point where when we opened a chest and it included greaves (essentially shin guards), which is the equipment he uses to attack, we would always sell it or discard it, even strip him of his default equipment. Like in this game, it didn't matter too much because we never used him in the main party.
Hahaha I actually played Tales of Symphonia not too long ago! Yeah he sucked, I never used him unless I was forced to lol. I've only actually played two tales games: Symphonia, and Vesperia. Vesperia was by far the better game, I thought.

Also, Nina casting magic in cutscenes is very FF4 lol. "Esuna! Oh wait, you petrified yourselves"
