"When he was being controlled, he suffered less" is so accurate and so heartbreaking. Also I don't think Nanika has to listen to commands, she just wants to please Killua and she'd do anything for him
Also, he was one of the few to actually fuck up a royal guard, homegirl/boy pistou was bruised and scratched from the fight with Kite so that just adds to how strong and badass he was.
Did they ever really explain Kite's crazy slots? Cause as far as I remember people create a nen ability on their own. Like killua with electricity or Kurapika with the chains. So did kite purposely create a slot machine type nen ability? Cause he does complain about bad rolls and them being inconvenient a lot except for that specific occasion
Spoiler a bit: I guess he'll do 2 last episodes together so I'll say this early a bit. If you guys pay attention a little bit after Ging explains about the "Dark Continent arc", how the Ant is a dangerous being, but turn out, it's actually an "Ant size" at that world, and the "Hunter world" we live actually is just like a small plot of land in a small lake, Ging on the tip of the iceberg, he's a terrible father figure, he's just left Gon alone, but he's actually going for Dark Continent, you know how dangerous it is, Gon fights with an Ant, actually an "ant size" in Dark Continent, and look how messed up he is, if Gon goes with Ging, he's properly dead and Ging can't allow that to happen, but nothing sure at Dark Continent, it's beyond human capability and considers him be a busy father figure, he just left a Playstation game (in HxH it's a JoyStation) for his son to enjoy and training to pay up for the time he can't be with his son. That's what Ging thinks, but Ging can't deny the fact that he lefts Gon, that's why he doesn't want to see him.
@@darknesswave100 Yes, people create Nen depend on Category and their own imagination (in a way they can control or familiar with), let's take Killua for example, he knows that he's a Transmuter, and things he's familiar with is Electricity, so he transforms his Electricity into his aura. This is my conclusion, it's may have holes but I think I'm right Kite is Conjurer, Conjurer like Izunavi said, it's not strong against some specific area or Nen user because you take a tremendous amount of time to create an object you want, you see how hard Kurapika goes through to create a strong chain against Troupe, so take Kite, for example, he's a tough nut, that's a fact, and Ging is a great teacher, so that's why he can conjure 1-9 specific slot (I guess it took him a lot of time to master the image, feeling, etc of these 9 weapons), so I can think like he's creating some of Nen library/storage ability to store it in (because you need a lot of imagination to create a strong weapon if you just create a normal one, it's better to go to the shop to buy it), but as I said, it's taking too much time, sometimes you don't have time to think about the process to create it, easily led to death, that's what Hisoka call "you die because you ran out of memory space" - if you can master only 1, it's easy for master Conjurer to pull it out like "instantly", but in Kite's situation, it's 9 (like the one Kastro fight with Hisoka, maybe he's not a master Conjurer, but he's still need time to conjure things, same goes with master Conjurer but... it's someone fall into Conjurer Category, they'll surely do it easier and faster than Kastro did), that's why he makes an ability to store it in, but he must go on a restriction (or a withdraw, a condition, ways to say it), "he can not choose whatever he wants" - maybe something like this, unless the specific situation "Like hell I'm gonna die", it'll active the 3. Nen is still mysterious things, and it's just a weapon to help humans survive against Dark Continent, so who knows, maybe there's more about what's it seems to be. This is just my conclusion because in manga or even the show, Kite is only shown 3 out of 9 and he explains it very few, never in-depth detail about it.

Killua is the mvp for bringing Gon back, I'm wondering how Ging knew Gon was going to live. Could it be something with his nen ability? Or did he just have a bunch of faith in Gon's friends? Or does he know about everything in the world as a top hunter and planned it all out?
Nanika is from DC and Ging is probably the person that knows the most about DC out of all people that never visited DC themselves. Five calamities where all brought into known world by Gate Keeper as a price for a Guide. It would be totally wild for me that Hunter Association or V5 doesn't know about those calamities, because each one of them could wipe out humanity. If there is a knowledge outside of Zoldycks about Nanika merging with Alluka, it wouldn't be stretch to say that Ging knew about it. Ging already confirmed himself what was the situation with Gon (before ep 137) and came to conclusion that only solution for healing Gon is Nanika. The rest was trust in Gon's friends and test for Gon's friends. We tend to forget that Gon already proved himself to Ging after Greed Island arc. People often view how meeting between Gon and Ging in last arc was undeserved and anticlimactic, however that isn't the case. The reason why Ging sent Gon to Kite was because Gon wasn't alone. Ging is still top tier nen user (plus shy) and he is fine with meeting Gon, because Gon earned that. However rest of his friends/companions didn't prove themselves to Ging, the whole last arc was test where Gon's friends (Leorio and Killua) proved themselves to Ging.
And again the crowd is the underrated MVPs for me when Gon finally finds Ging. The live roasting was great and exactly was a representation of what the viewers feel like. I also find it funny how Ging actually went and fought everyone but he can't be mad he deserved the roasting lol
Pariston is such an interesting character. I can't wait to see more of him. 16:51 No bro, at the beginning of this arc Pariston told the zodiac to skip the election and that it would be a waste of time and money.
One of the most heartwarming moments is when these to meet again, the worry and relief of leorio is so realistic to when you've got real real friends. The ones you'd extend the notion of family and look after them, low-key the message of the last bit of the arc ❤️
So this is my take away from from this arc ending in regards to Killua. The whole show (well only really talked about in certain episodes) killua has been searching for a purpose. This excludes the purpose of being an assassin because thats was someone else's plan for what he should do with his life. For most of the show we see Killua politely asking if it's ok if he tags along with Gon as we transition into new arcs, because he doesn't know what else he should do. To elaborate this is he is so hurt when Gon neglects him and chooses to fight Pitu alone, essentially saying he doesn't need killua anymore for this journey. With all that said, I believe that protecting Aluka will now be Killua's new purpose in life, or the foreseeable future. This would essentially close Killua's storyline as a character.
Every time I see that it is a trip how everything started Wayback win when they began to Boone the hunter exam to become a hunter it’s so touching to me
Actually that energy that went flying wasn't just Nanika's healing...It was black as well the ALL nen Gon had in him that not only kept him that state but also what would be later on in life She just pull the cork out that's been killing others trying to do the same holding it all but once it was removed Gon was free of it all So Illumi got all crazy by the wrong thing
Consider that the mere fact that Nanika was able to dispel such a considerable nen curse without taking any harm to itself is a testimony to its own power as an entity. Illumi is right to be impressed by it, and it is still understandable that he wants such an insane power for himself
Also I saw like two years ago someone made a whole video breaking down what they think Kites ability represents and goes all into the symbolism of it. If yall can find it, it was pretty awesome
I don’t know exactly how to word this but this is definitely a top 5 two consecutive episodes of the series. Not many other places in the series with two eps as impactful and great as these two back to back
And then Gon goes "Oh btw i cant use nen anymore....eh i dont really feel like relearning it...oh and i really never wanted to meet Ging i just wanted to find him yaknow? ima go back to my boring ass life on that island no one knows the name of with a population of about 17 peace guys byeeeee." -_-
let’s not forget leorio lost one good friend before and after becoming a hunter he was definitely not ready to lose another friend he must’ve felt powerless in trying to help gon as money/doctors couldn’t help the situation like before w his childhood friend
Lol at the end "if its just gonna be gon in this series" Well... if you remember back in chimera ant arc.. what pitou said about Gon's transformation and the restriction he used.. "he's prepared to never use nen again"
Every time we saw Kite use his ability he said "bad spin". When he faced off against Pitou he didn't say "bad spin", but the weapon he got looked like some kind of wand. I think this wands ability was probably to dramatically increase his luck or something like that, which is why he was then bound to be re incarnated as an ant and retain his memories.
I always get the sense that the amount of power used to heal Gon is roughly equal to the nen he gained from the condition he set. Meaning that level of nen they're all reacting to, I like to think they're also sensing Gon's strength in that, whether any of them realize it or not.
Nanika, Meruem, Gings ride (dragon), Zenos dragon, Silvas pet (dog). they were just a few creature tease us where they came from and how the ended up in a human world.. next stop, THE DARK CONTENENT (not to mention Chrollos desire and projected.. why the troupes took all the treasure in auction.
Pariston is the most terrifying character I've seen in HxH so far. His position in the Hunter's association, coupled with his complete lack of remorse and his willingness to use others as disposable pawns in his own little schemes, makes him just as dangerous as any phantom troupe member or high level chimera ant. He has a playful mentality, is removed from considerations such as good or evil, is smart, always shows an affable mask to others , and ends up getting absolutely anything he wants thanks to it all. In short, he's a manipulative and power hungry politician with a complete disregard for human life. I feel that he will be a never ending source of trouble in the future.
Ging is a great zen-meritocratic-no bullshit dad. Gon is a Hunter hunter, just as Ging is an Archeology hunter. When he says to Leorio: "Did he specifically asked for me to visit him?" he is making sure Gon can still hunt him when he gets better. He is making sure Gon achieves his objective by his own merits. Thats why "Acompany" card lead Gon and Killua to Kite, while "Magnetic Force" (a single user card) would lead him to Ging.
Me: *cries when gon fights pitou* You: *cries when meruem finds komugi* The boys: *cries when Leorio sees gon* Fam: *cries when killua commands nanika*

that last scene with killua and something is one of my favorite ones in hxh. I don't know what it is, but something about it hits different
Pariston: It's all according to Keikaku 😎
Lol at the end "if its just gonna be gon in this series"
Well... if you remember back in chimera ant arc.. what pitou said about Gon's transformation and the restriction he used.. "he's prepared to never use nen again"
This shit still hits the feels every time I come back
This is solidified, for me, that Nanika could give Gon back that something important he lost last arc.
That trap-a-holics drop though 😂😂🤣
Every time we saw Kite use his ability he said "bad spin". When he faced off against Pitou he didn't say "bad spin", but the weapon he got looked like some kind of wand. I think this wands ability was probably to dramatically increase his luck or something like that, which is why he was then bound to be re incarnated as an ant and retain his memories.
Your intro in dope as hell awesome vid too
8:23 had me dying of laughter 😂😂😂😂😂😂
When a zodiac says (i’ve never felt anything like this before) you know it’s some fucked up shit
Do u remember how Kite always said "what a bad spin" but in fight against Pitou he did not said that :)
Yooo the koala in the next episode had me TRIPPIN
This the episode that always makes me cry smh
I always get the sense that the amount of power used to heal Gon is roughly equal to the nen he gained from the condition he set. Meaning that level of nen they're all reacting to, I like to think they're also sensing Gon's strength in that, whether any of them realize it or not.
That illumi Subarashi is Goated
Pariston the agent of chaos
What makes Pariston the deadliest opponent is that he doesn't want to win and he doesn't want to lose either.
Leorio big brother of the group 😂👌🏾
every body is crying?
hell ya I cry to that every time I look a reaction to it all over again
Nanika, Meruem, Gings ride (dragon), Zenos dragon, Silvas pet (dog). they were just a few creature tease us where they came from and how the ended up in a human world..
next stop, THE DARK CONTENENT
(not to mention Chrollos desire and projected.. why the troupes took all the treasure in auction.
The best intro i've seen
He's a corrupt politician with the personality of Loki, the God of Mischief
13:30 "Are you gonna runaway again?" LOL
Im sobbing
Dont forget gon still has to go visit kite
Kite: "Ging my be your daddy but he wasn't your dad."
gon be lookin like the saints corpse from jjba pt 7
I think the same person who talks for Cheadle talks for sarada from boruto
This is the first time i don't cry watching Killua apologize for being a bad brother, and it only took my like 8 tries!
Bro your intro has better animation than demon slayer
Gon did die, kurapika becomes the main MC after this 😅
Every time Cheadle talks/yells I only hear Chopper from One Piece, hahaha (yes, I'm aware)
I fucking LOVE Pariston. He's a good villain character. If you hate the character you're supposed to hate, then it's a good character.
I'm simple guy,if Killua cry I cry
Lol,I remember this was before hunter x hunter became hiatus x hiatus lol
NOT THE RAISIN STOP
I really think "Something" will love Gon, too! :D
Ging was being a dick to Leorio in that scene. That part about Greed Island was because he was too shy to see Gon with friends.
@@ChromaticEagle Thats another way to see it.
Everybody crying, but you! You have to cry too with us man!~ :(
I wish lupa and sheera were reacting to this with you:/
Me: *cries when gon fights pitou*
You: *cries when meruem finds komugi*
The boys: *cries when Leorio sees gon*
Fam: *cries when killua commands nanika*
HxH needs to come back whit the final arc
these tears are rated E for everyone
READ THE MANGA. Oh and that's the last time we hear Hyori Ittai 😔
And Killua has finished his character arc g he won't be in the story unless Togashi wants it
In this episode you can see who is Gon’s true father
chopper is so angry
BRUH lmao that face @ 7:05
plot twist is ging gave birth to gon.
Leorio is Gon’s dad
