Thank you! I have been looking forward to this. Looking forward to your January series. I bought the bear 2 and new eyes bear device. I absolutely love the new FOREO eyes device. I find the Microcurrent intensity way too strong on the bear 2. This is testing all the many settings. I have to customize the settings and even Microcurrent on level 1 is still on the strong side. I am using enough gel, etc. probably won’t use the bear 2 for Microcurrent, only as a massage device. Pico toner is what I use mainly, but do love the Ziip halo (your series had been awesome!) and wanted to try the bear 2. For a quick treatment. What is up with the subscription of paying for certain treatments? Not a fan of that. I do love FOREO products (iris and ufo) just was surprised when a treatment was locked.
It’s not paying for the treatment. You get the treatments as a bonus for device protection and if you subscribe for $10 a month you will also get a free upgrade to the next version of the device when it’s released. Personally I like that.

Hi Darcy. I'm new here. Thanks for all your content! I haven't used Microcurrent Devices before, and there seems to be so much to know! I've just purchased the BEAR 2 but have yet to start using it. I have some questions, please. 1. Can you please tell me if having some porcelain dental crowns in my mouth, that are fused to metal, on 2 of my molars, means that I shouldn't use the BEAR 2? The BEAR 2 manual talks about "metal implants" being a contraindicator, but I don't personally consider the dental crowns as "implants", as with crowns, the metal isn't implanted into the body. A dental "implant" is usually a replacement of tooth roots with metal & screw like posts, penetrating the gums and jaw, but I don't know what Foreo considers as metal implants, and so far I haven't been able to get an answer about this from them. I am worried about using the BEAR 2 until I find out the answer to this.. It'd be great if you could let me know, please. I would really appreciate it. 2. Hi You're welcome. Happy this was helpful. The BEAR 2 can be used 3x a week and has a different current than the Medicube devices so it works great combining with them. Here is a suggestion on how to incorporate the BEAR 2. You can use the BEAR 2 three times a week on the days that work for you. Good to leave a day in between since you are also using other devices. The only thing to keep in mind when using with the Medicube devices you have is to use the BEAR 2 as the last step after using the Ussera shot, Derma EMS shot and Booster-H. However when you use the Air shot device I would use the BEAR 2 before since the Airshot is a type of tool like microneedling it's best to use the BEAR 2 before and not after the Air shot since the skin has the open channels best to use before. Hi Don't worry. you don't need any subscriptions to access these options. All the options come with the device and you will find these setting on the SMART CONTROL MENU. This is a very detailed video and should help you undersand how to use all them menus.

If I want to get rid of puffiness, wrinkles, improve my face contour and get consistent results, does that mean I have to do all of them, 3 minutes each? Let me clarify: - On the regular setting you can choose the tsonic pulsations and either basic or advanced microcurrent which only gives 1 type of microcurrent both the advanced is a stronger current. - on the smart control you can choose both tsonic pulsations and choose also between 4 different types of microcurrent. So the Smart control gives you more options of microcurrents and you can change them in real time in case you want to do different treatments in one session. - I would do one 3 minutes treatment a day to start with a setting and you can choose different settings daily. When i do the One month Foreo Bear challenge i will be able to test out the setting better. i plan on choosing one type of microcurrent per week and see what kind of results i feel. I will report back. But you can use a combinations of settings daily and increase usage if needed. I find the BEAR 2 stronger then the regular BEAR so i would for sure start with 3 mins treatments and increase if you find you needed it. I will be starting the BEAR challenge next week. So keep an eye out for more BEAR 2 videos as I put it to the test :) xoxo
Hi Darcy! I saw a post floating around in reddit about how some people claim that microcurrent (especially the foreo bear) is causing facial fat loss and volume loss in their face. I have the original foreo bear, but to be honest that post made me scared to use my bear regularly because I don’t want any volume loss on my face. I know you liked the original bear a lot too and is a long term user of the bear, so just wanted to know your thought on this! Did you observe any facial fat loss from the device?
HI I honestly have been using the FOREO BEAR original for many years and I have never personally experience any fat loss from the BEAR original and i used it for years on an off. I have been recently putting the BEAR 2 to the test and I have not noticed any fat loss either. I did notice a lot of depuffing of my face during the first week i started testing the BEAR 2 so i'm wondering if people think their faces look like lost fat because it it is less puffy? I'm wondering that because since both BEARS have the Tsonic pulsations it can be very depuffing to the face. And the first week i used the BEAR 2 i used the lymphatic drainage setting and oh Boy my face was extremely puffy and now i just look normal again. The only devices that are known to possible cause fat loss are Radio Frequency when used incorrectly becasuse RF have heat however microcurrent does not produce any heat. However i never had any fat loss from the RF devices i have tested on my channel. On another note i have been using MC devices on and off since i was 26 so if it was to cause fat loss i probably would have had it by now since it's been 20 years of using MC on and off. Do you recommend the Bear 2 over the original? I have the original Bear. I tried the Bear 2 but my whole face was twitching and it seemed way too strong even on lower levels. Would love to hear your recommendation!
Hi So far i just started using the BEAR 2 for the challenge so i'm testing one setting at a time to see the difference. So far i do find that the updates of the BEAR 2 are for sure different than the BEAR 1 but i also got great results with the BEAR 1 for lifting so it's truly up to you and your needs. I will have a better understanding of all the differences at the end of this month once im done testing the BEAR 2 for 30-days. But so far i find that the microcurrent on the BEAR 2 is very different than the BEAR one. For example with the regular microcurrent of the BEAR 1 i could use on level 5 and had no problems. But w the BEAR 2 depending on the microcurrent setting that i'm using i have to use it on level 1 since i uses a different type of current. How would you say its effectiveness compares to the ZIIP? I see that BEAR 2 has much more uA, and also deeper level of microcurrent that goes deeper into the muscle. On the other hand, ZIIP's microcurrent is promised to deliver more long-term results. It is a hard choice 😅
Hi I just test the ZIIP for 30 days. I will be putting the BEAR 2 to the test for 30 days and I will be able to answer this questions better. Right now I haven't used the BEAR 2 enough to honestly tell you the difference since i was testing the ZIIP. I got Covid and I'm still recovering so the review of the BEAR 2 for 30 days will happen later this month. From using the ZIIP for 30 days and the BEAR 2 just for this demo my first impressions are that the BEAR 2 let's you choose the settings more and the ZIIP has already presets treatments that you choose to get the best results without having to fiddle with settings. The BEAR 2 has so many settings that I can only answer the main difference when i have a chance to really put to the test but that is my first impressions main difference. both devices have very advanced microcurrent and wil give great results. The ZIIP is the only MC that has nanocurrent which is mainly for skin quality only. But using the BEAR 2 once i also noticed skin quality improvement so it is a hard choice and I rather answer this better after i test the BEAR 2 for 30 days so i will know the main difference.

Hi Yes. With the Foreo BEAR 2 i've noticed that depending on the microcurrent selected you may need to use it even on level 1 because each microcurrent has different strenghts. So if you feel any discomfort lower the current. You will still get results. Because if you feel pain that means you are using on too high of a setting. Yes you can use the BEAR 2 with the ZIIP on the same day. They use different types of microcurrent so they can work well together. However If you use them together I would use the ZIIP 3x a week and use the BEAR 5x a week w the ZIIP and have a day rest in between with no microcurrent. That way you are not over working your muscles.
LOL I still love the ZIIP Halo as well. They do have different settings but both are amazing devices. I just started testing the BEAR 2 and I started a BEAR 2 30-DAY challenge this month. You can check out WEEK 1 results here. I will have a better understanding of the BEAR 2 results at the end of the month once i fully put to the test. I have been recently putting the BEAR 2 to the test and I have not noticed any fat loss either. I did notice a lot of depuffing of my face during the first week i started testing the BEAR 2 so i'm wondering if people think their faces look like lost fat because it it is less puffy?
I'm wondering that because since both BEARS have the Tsonic pulsations it can be very depuffing to the face. And the first week i used the BEAR 2 i used the lymphatic drainage setting and oh Boy my face was extremely puffy and now i just look normal again.
The only devices that are known to possible cause fat loss are Radio Frequency when used incorrectly becasuse RF have heat however microcurrent does not produce any heat.
However i never had any fat loss from the RF devices i have tested on my channel.

Do you recommend the Bear 2 over the original? I have the original Bear. I tried the Bear 2 but my whole face was twitching and it seemed way too strong even on lower levels. Would love to hear your recommendation!
Hi So far i just started using the BEAR 2 for the challenge so i'm testing one setting at a time to see the difference. So far i do find that the updates of the BEAR 2 are for sure different than the BEAR 1 but i also got great results with the BEAR 1 for lifting so it's truly up to you and your needs.
I will have a better understanding of all the differences at the end of this month once im done testing the BEAR 2 for 30-days. But so far i find that the microcurrent on the BEAR 2 is very different than the BEAR one.
For example with the regular microcurrent of the BEAR 1 i could use on level 5 and had no problems. But w the BEAR 2 depending on the microcurrent setting that i'm using i have to use it on level 1 since i uses a different type of current.

But keep an eye on the challenge and i will be sharing my thought on each settings and results so at the end i will be able to for sure give my final thoughts.
How would you say its effectiveness compares to the ZIIP? I see that BEAR 2 has much more uA, and also deeper level of microcurrent that goes deeper into the muscle. On the other hand, ZIIP's microcurrent is promised to deliver more long-term results. It is a hard choice 😅
Hi I just test the ZIIP for 30 days. I will be putting the BEAR 2 to the test for 30 days and I will be able to answer this questions better. Right now I haven't used the BEAR 2 enough to honestly tell you the difference since i was testing the ZIIP. I got Covid and I'm still recovering so the review of the BEAR 2 for 30 days will happen later this month.
From using the ZIIP for 30 days and the BEAR 2 just for this demo my first impressions are that the BEAR 2 let's you choose the settings more and the ZIIP has already presets treatments that you choose to get the best results without having to fiddle with settings.
The BEAR 2 has so many settings that I can only answer the main difference when i have a chance to really put to the test but that is my first impressions main difference. both devices have very advanced microcurrent and wil give great results.
The ZIIP is the only MC that has nanocurrent which is mainly for skin quality only. But using the BEAR 2 once i also noticed skin quality improvement so it is a hard choice and I rather answer this better after i test the BEAR 2 for 30 days so i will know the main difference.

Do I have to use conductive gel for it to work or can I use a oil instead or will I not get results?
Hi yes microcurrent needs a water based conductive gel or water based serum to be able to reach the muscles. Oil won't allow the current to reach the muscles. I explain better on this video with more tips for even better results: ruclips.net/video/dglM2FSVlZs/видео.html

Hi Yes. With the Foreo BEAR 2 i've noticed that depending on the microcurrent selected you may need to use it even on level 1 because each microcurrent has different strenghts. So if you feel any discomfort lower the current. You will still get results. Because if you feel pain that means you are using on too high of a setting. Can i use it with ziip one in the evening and the other in morning to give more synergistic effect!!!
Yes you can use the BEAR 2 with the ZIIP on the same day. They use different types of microcurrent so they can work well together. However If you use them together I would use the ZIIP 3x a week and use the BEAR 5x a week w the ZIIP and have a day rest in between with no microcurrent. That way you are not over working your muscles.

LOL I still love the ZIIP Halo as well. They do have different settings but both are amazing devices. I just started testing the BEAR 2 and I started a BEAR 2 30-DAY challenge this month. You can check out WEEK 1 results here.
