Linda Perry is one of the most underrated female vocalists in rock & roll history. I bought "Bigger Better Faster More" back in 93 when it came out still blasting it almost 30 years later. Linda is a year older than me still an amazing beautiful & talented woman. Rock on girl! Morphine & Chocolate still my favorite song on the album...
I think the same, one of the best and the most underrated...that incredible voice without the need to use electronic makeup to make people see what is not really...We currently live where one no longer knows if what one sees or hears is real or produced by technology, on the other hand groups with them and with a vocalist with as much charisma and talent as her have been buried without the recognition they really deserved. But we are idiotic and we really allow ourselves to be manipulated by what the commercial industry wants us to consume and letting the current of the masses drag us with it...Only minorities are able to go against that current to be able to forge a own criteria and distance ourselves from all that garbage that is heard today... and that in all areas, we are sheep...!! The bad thing is that the best ones are often the ones who can't stand to fit into this crazy world, falling for substitutes like morphyne and chocolate, destroying themselves until they can't stand it anymore and leave early... I still remember the first time I saw this group and listen to the song that made them famous! And apart from having that voice, she is beautiful and as crazy as me!! It's so authentic!! That today one has to look under the stones to find someone like that... a shame... anyway...
