Snowy backdrop, sufficient light and great jets flown by great pilots from the 495th Valkyries, Lakenheath.

There's something about the F35 that takes me back to my childhood playing with my Skywarp Transformers toy, admittedly it was an F15, but I just loved the dynamics and the glass cockpit and the way it looked to slice through air. The F35 gives the exact same feeling of excitement. It's without doubt my favourite jet of all time
Idk, the raptors are pretty fierce as well. I saw them fly at Dover AF base in Delaware. It's insane how loud they are
I know what you mean. As a kid I had a Mig25 Foxbat airfix model, loved the style of it, similar to the raptor i guess more, but i love the pointy lines on the design of it. Proper exiting looking thing. Same as the F35.
@@mickodillon1480 Wow - I remember plastic models! I had an F-16 Falcon, Su-27 Flanker and an SR-71 Blackbird. All these look great, but the F/A-18 Hornet is the best-looking jet IMO.
@@ericzimmerman9599 The F22, awesome as it is, is outdated. Metal fasteners are visible on parts of the skin. While it's stealthy, it's a huge airframe. Add to that two engines for an overall greater IR signature. It's expensive as hell, too. The F35 takes all of these lessons and addresses them to make a comprehensive and high quality platform that can be produced in overwhelming numbers.
My nephew joined the Airforce a year-and-a-half ago, now he's doing maintenance on these birds. I'm quite proud of him

Seen 2 flying low in Australia over me while at work I had earplugs in and heavy machinery going and all I could hear was these jets. The noise was deafening. Pure energy from these beasts I was in awe
Mach loop is best experienced from the cockpit … however the ground is pretty good as well having done both take my word for it!👍👍
Those F35s were really cranking through there at high-warp!
And those stills of the jet against the scenery are epic.

Arrff. We always have the impression that the F35s are fast, but that's just an impression, it's because they are not very maneuverable. But it makes for great pictures!

I’m guilty of running out to the garden when I hear anything flying over. Being on a hill in the Mach loop is always an amazing experience.

The F-35 had a rough development process and still has some issues, but no Air Force in the world wants to go up against them.
And I always thought nothing could top the beauty of the lush green hills as a backdrop for your photography. I stand corrected. Excellent work.

I worked on them...... what a privilege for an 18 year old kid to work on an F16's and EF111A's. They always told us in the Air Force where else in the world would anyone allow an 18 year old kid to work on a 30 million dollar jet! LOL! What a responsibility that was.

The f35 always quickens the pulse. The jet engine has a sizzling whine that's just mean sounding. The outro scene from the Star wars Canyon never gets old.

I'm excited. They just announced that f35s are coming to arkansas to be used in the national guard! I see military planes all the time here but almost never a fighter jet.

@@DafyddPhillips I’ve been obsessed with fast jets all my life. We used to be surrounded by RAF bases but they’re gone now (Luffenham, Cottesmore, Newton, Wittering). We had them all. Phantoms, Harriers, Tornado, All gone. 🙁

Just went to the kick off show at the Blue Angels home base in El Centro Ca. Awesome as usual but I wish they’d start using Star Wars canyon again. Next week is springtime and perfect to camp in Death Valley.
I love el centro! Enjoyed winter training there last year and watched the 2019 show also. I miss Star Wars canyon also and know most of the pilots would love to fly it again. Let’s hope 🤞

Awesome jets, Canada finally smartened up and are purchasing the F-35. I think they were thinking about buying the SAAB Griffin but that jet isn’t stealth, so why would a country buy 4th generation jets to replace 4th generation CF-18 Hornets, it just wouldn’t make sense, since “stealth” can overtake and non-stealth jet anytime. Not to mention, the F-35 Lightning II has VTOL. Great video as usual 👍👍👍🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻
