now THIS is a collaboration. gd and top actually worked with her and helped her shine as well. This one and the AKMU collab with jypnation are my favorite kpopstar collabs.
I can definitely see that GD & TOP sing their song with a lower tension to match with Jimin. It's like they're trying to reserve themselves not to overwhelm her or shade her with their charisma. With Bom, they would have sung without those concerns and self-restraint because they know Bom can shine herself even with GD&TOP.

이 무대 본방으로 보고 빅뱅 입덕했었는데..하.....
GD and TOP are trying SOOOOO hard not to out shine Jimin.
+Yoonbread I think that's a good thing though, considering it was her stage. In the other collaboration performances, the idols were really outshining the contestants. This one really made Jimin look like the star ^^
Lee hi's stage was pretty good too. Felt sorry for Baek Ah Yeon though
+Yoonbread its not that they were trying hard not to out shine her, they were TRYING to put her on the spotlight. These two were really considerate for her performance and YG's pretty much won the show for Jimin with this.
+Peace Lim This reminded me of GD and Bae with Kwanghee during IC. They are top performers that can outshine anyone but they made sure to let him shine.

This performance makes me realize how perfectly Park Bom fits with the song. They're are many great singers out there but I am sure that Bom can never be replaced with anyone else in her songs.

I smile everytime I see this. I'm a forever hayi supporter, a hiheel, a harp, whatever the name is. But honestly, I love how jimin fits so well in YG. the judges all have their hands up and papa yg was smirking and being proud of his boys. bommie was also enjoying jimin's perf. 2ne1 was on support. YGfam is called a family for a reason.
I just love how TOP and GD are performing just to accompany her. You can really see her shine, and the two of them just let her have her moment, sing more parts than Bom usually does, it's so sweet! =)

Well, Jimin is better than Bom.
She can cover Bb5. Bom's vocal range is D3~G#5, but her supported range is Bb3 ~ G#4 (though not 100% controlled/pitchy).
Ok, Park Bom has been trained for many years and debuted years ago, but Jimin's voice and technique are much better.
I don't hate Bom and stuff. This is just a fact. :)

bom is good too but bom auditioned 4 times to get in..she failed the other auditions but its good that she kept pursuing her dreams
jimin auditioned once in this. so voice wise jimin is stronger and doesnt strain or run out of breath singing like bom

옆집 가수들은 지가 제일 튀려고 하는데 지디탑은 조율해서 박지민이 주목 받게 하네
그러게요 정말 대단한거 같아요..
지디의 프로듀싱 능력이 뛰어난 덕분에 잘 조율된 것 같아요. 하지만 다른 두 팀도 참가자에게 의상, 노래 분량, 동선 등 여러 부분을 몰아준 게 잘 보이지 않으신가요? 특히 에스엠은 화장이나 의상도 백아연이 독보일 수 있게 신경 쓴 티가 나더라고요. 아마 선곡과 캐스팅 실수, 카메라가 인지도 높은 스페셜 가수를 집중으로 비춘 것, 그리고 박지민과 달리 두 팀은 동성 가수가 함께 무대해 음색이 묻힌 것 등의 이유로 실버블렛님이 그렇게 느끼신 것 같아요. 저 역시도 다른 두 무대가 구성적으로 좋은 무대는 아니었다고 생각하지만, 그 두 무대를 해당 스페셜 가수들이 직접 프로듀싱한 것도 아닌데 '지가 제일 튀려고...'처럼 의도적으로 상대를 비하하는 댓글은 좋지 않아보여요. 욕설이 포함되어야만 악플인 건 아닌데 말이에요.
Her voice is amazing and she's super talanted, but Bom's pitch just suits this song more.

For me it was an amazing performance! Jimin hit the high note without any difficulty. And T.O.P was just... OH MY GOD! When he looks Jimin in the eyes we can see how nice he is (or how great actor he is). He looks at her with kindness and it was fantastic to watch.

Obviously the BEST performance among three performances and I have to say that PJM was really lucky that she was paired with GD & TOP. First, they were males, so PJM was the only female (compared it to Lee Hi with Miss A. Fortunately the girls still made Lee Hi as the central spotlight). Second, GDTOP are type who will give you great (if not the best) stage act, no matter with who or when or where. Third, they shared their spot with PJM so ppl paid much attention to her (compared it to Baek Ayeon with Tifanny-Taeyeon. The song was originally sung by 4 people, but somehow with 3 ppl, she was overshadowed so much.). But I feel sad for her. Look at Lee Hi now. Watching 2012 SBS Daejun with those big 3 singing and how Lee Hi who was lost to her got all the cheers, well...

This girl is blessed with good voice and so lucky to get to sing and not only sung with GD and TOP, I'm sure they practiced long hours having eye contacting etc. :)
