Cajun sauce:
(You can use 1/2 the recipe only)
2 cups salted butter
1 cup minced garlic
1-3 tablespoons white sugar
2-4 tablespoons cajun spice powder
1 tablespoon paprika
Juice of 1 to 2 Lemon/ lime

I use the same ingredients on your Seafood boil - Chef except that I add olive oil with butter, brown sugar instead of white & ground onion. My family love this that I usually prepare this on our get-together with my children like Thanksgiving, Christmas/New Year or birthdays. Thank you - Chef.
