Apparently "high above" in Las Vegas means about 3 feet. Will admit this is the first video I saw of a huge mansion for sale in Vegas that didn't have a zillion neon lights in it like it was still the coke fueled 80s.

The house is beautiful as well as the yard, but theres a massive house blocking the views much less could probably look into that home. I've had problems with un wanted attention with the neighbors i couldn't live there.

Regular kitchen for small family meals... work kitchen for longer messier meals you dont want the guests to see. Maybe keep fish smell out of the home when cooking.

the cost of the house
One thing that I noticed with this homes is that the residents love to keep the sliding doors open. One thing I know is that rodents know there's food in there, and will do whatever it takes to get inside and make a home for themselves. I would be careful with that.

I like the bones of it, but all that brown, beige and cream is blah! This place needs some color. I would get a headache at looking at those 3 colors. Needs personality.

The whole place was brown, tan, and cream. Lather, rinse, repeat =boring.
Nice home. Horrible video. Every time the video is cut, it picks up at a different location, making the entire video appear disorientating and disjointed. Additionally, it seems as if the video intentionally hides aspects of the home that the seller prefers to hide. For example, the video begins by talking about a 5 car garage. The garage stalls aren't shown. Why? Are they small? Unfinished? Have poor lighting? Cracked concrete? All rhetorical questions. The point is, the viewer has no idea because they were never shown the garage. The garage is only one example. The video goes on to talk about the atrium and shows it from the roof (residents don't care what it looks like from the roof) but it's never shown from inside the house. Likewise, the video briefly mentions a work kitchen but only shows that kitchen several feet from its entrance, not inside the work kitchen. Next time consider showing a 360° panoramic view of each room, garage stall or piece of land. Then naturally have the camera follow through to the next room or piece of land and do the same. Skip the narration, it's distracting. Print the relevant facts about each area being filmed and let the viewer read or pause the video at those points to gather their own thoughts. Find a more toned down music for the background. Plan and strive to make as few cuts at possible. I stopped watching at the 3:10 minute mark because the editing, narration and music were so irritating. Your video has at least 40 cuts, maybe more. Plan how you'd like to shoot each room and transition to the next filming area with as few cuts as possible. Each room should be done in one single cut, max! People watching this video are here to focus on the house, not be distracted by fast playing music. Watching this video made the house less appealing than if I had seen it on zillow even though it's a beautiful home. If the point of this video is to sell homes, underline and highlight the prior sentence. Hopefully you take this as constructive criticism.
