It might be a productive use of "AI" to scan these mosaic and statue faces and then process them through some type of culture - country - people - data base of faces to produce a correlation metric and then we might find out more accurately what 'people' was this notable person - if in fact these are from the purported time anyway

Picked up a book from the 1920’s the other day and it mentions, briefly, the great empires of “Tartar, Japan, and England.” It was nice to finally find a book that mentions it.
My grandmother was from Poland, she brought books to the USA. In one of the books it shows a map and it said Tartaria. That was the only place I ever saw that word.

I love how the millennial reign theory seems to fit in so well with past eras. How much of the tech was supernatural or done by angels or humans (saints?) in glorified bodies? Could they literally just THINK some of these beautiful things into existence? What stands out to me about the statues and busts is that their ears sit too low. On most of them the ears also seem too big, but all too low. I can't imagine that's a mistake that multiple artists would make. The sculptors always studied human anatomy in depth. Maybe a family trait?
I wonder if the end was not brought on by the "last emperor" but rather the absence of the original Emperor. In some parallels to the "emperor of mankind" in 40k, What if you were benevolent and knew how to use your power for the good of all and was responsible for creating and perpetuating a massive world wide civilization. By sheer force of will and power you and the good men you found and cultivated built something amazing. You were all powerful and maybe even had the power to live as long as you pleased and could rule in perpetuity. You were considered by all rights a living "god" and although you never sought it, you could not stop this idea from being in the hearts of all around you. You also were powerful enough to stop any evil force from coming to fruition by your sheer power, might, ability and knowledge. How long could you keep going? Did the people really love you? or did they love what you gave them? How long could they last without you? How long could you sit on a throne and keep this empire together? If you could have everything, would any of it actually mean anything? Were the rulers under you actually good? or were they just scared of you and what they knew you wanted them to do? What if you decided to give it all up and move on and let your spirit roam rather then sit forever on a hollow throne? Would your absence then leave a power vacuum so massive as to take down the whole world you built? You are a man after all, and despite being so powerful, you still had feelings and desires and doubts. Should you never let your own feelings get in the way and forever hold up the foundations? Would it be selfish to want something else... to maybe be free like everyone else around you? To not have the burden of the entire world on your shoulders? This Emperor, this man, might have just said it was time for him to move on and let the world triumph or crumble on its own without him holding it all together. Would this be a selfish desire? After you gave all to build and hold up this world, maybe it was just time for the world to do what it must without you... At your passing, however that may occur, the shock would be felt by all... then the fighting would begin for the person who would take your place if any actually could. That amount of power in the hands of anyone but the most benevolent and competent ruler would be a disaster waiting to happen. Humanity would splinter and the end would be on the horizon for this civilization, even if they did not know it. It would only take a few to start, a few bad rulers who had been waiting for the opportunity and the rest would fall like dominos. You would go from a living "god" to hated by the masses for leaving them... for not keeping it all together for them. Maybe then the fortifications would go up all around the world. Still a very capable people with near unlimited resources, but now they were fighting each other for the power vacuum left. Many would claim to be the successor, but none would actually wield the power. "How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!" If the light bringer was gone, would the world descend into darkness?
I feel compelled to address but one of the questions you raise at the end of this video: Were there ever in history such leaders that put their citizens' needs before their own? And the answer is, indeed there were, and many more will come in the distant future. Also, this is the norm in the universe, not an exception, according to the Vedas and Puranas and various ancient histories that seem like fairy tales to most people today. The Earth is usually ruled by tremendously powerful sage emperors (No figure of speech there, they're actually emperors. Take it at face value) who love and protect their subjects, and their vast empire flourishes beyond our wildest imagination, for lengths of time that will give headaches to most people today. However... There are vast kingdoms of demonic species under the vast plane of the Greater Earth stretching across the universe. Their passions to conquer and rule the universe occasionally overflow and they manage to take over the earthly and even celestial kingdoms. But then God always intervenes at the behest of the citizens and resets the whole thing so goodness and justice rule again in his name. The conclusion is that no one likes demons, and no one likes having their head under their boot. Because even though logistically and technologically speaking they may excel, the soul which we all are wants purity, compassion, and love, and demons are too overwhelmed and lost in their mundane passions and ego and hubris to care.

I love how the millennial reign theory seems to fit in so well with past eras. How much of the tech was supernatural or done by angels or humans (saints?) in glorified bodies? Could they literally just THINK some of these beautiful things into existence? Did the cathedrals and frequencies and sounds all help them have those powers when all was working in harmony the way it was meant to? It all just amazes me. It's the same now, imagination is a manifested process, further formed into the matter of this matrice by whatever form of practice is required to create the imagining.

I found the information on them trying to research the globes on spires of Tartarian structures and how they generated electricity/ power. What stands out to me about the statues and busts is that their ears sit too low. On most of them the ears also seem too big, but all too low. I can't imagine that's a mistake that multiple artists would make. The sculptors always studied human anatomy in depth. Maybe a family trait?

I wonder if the end was not brought on by the "last emperor" but rather the absence of the original Emperor. In some parallels to the "emperor of mankind" in 40k, What if you were benevolent and knew how to use your power for the good of all and was responsible for creating and perpetuating a massive world wide civilization.
By sheer force of will and power you and the good men you found and cultivated built something amazing. You were considered by all rights a living "god" and although you never sought it, you could not stop this idea from being in the hearts of all around you. You also were powerful enough to stop any evil force from coming to fruition by your sheer power, might, ability and knowledge.
How long could you keep going? Did the people really love you? or did they love what you gave them? How long could they last without you? How long could you sit on a throne and keep this empire together? If you could have everything, would any of it actually mean anything? Were the rulers under you actually good? or were they just scared of you and what they knew you wanted them to do?
What if you decided to give it all up and move on and let your spirit roam rather then sit forever on a hollow throne? Would your absence then leave a power vacuum so massive as to take down the whole world you built? You are a man after all, and despite being so powerful, you still had feelings and desires and doubts. Should you never let your own feelings get in the way and forever hold up the foundations? Would it be selfish to want something else... to maybe be free like everyone else around you? To not have the burden of the entire world on your shoulders?
This Emperor, this man, might have just said it was time for him to move on and let the world triumph or crumble on its own without him holding it all together. Would this be a selfish desire? After you gave all to build and hold up this world, maybe it was just time for the world to do what it must without you...
At your passing, however that may occur, the shock would be felt by all... then the fighting would begin for the person who would take your place if any actually could. That amount of power in the hands of anyone but the most benevolent and competent ruler would be a disaster waiting to happen. Humanity would splinter and the end would be on the horizon for this civilization, even if they did not know it. It would only take a few to start, a few bad rulers who had been waiting for the opportunity and the rest would fall like dominos.
You would go from a living "god" to hated by the masses for leaving them... for not keeping it all together for them. Maybe then the fortifications would go up all around the world. Still a very capable people with near unlimited resources, but now they were fighting each other for the power vacuum left. Many would claim to be the successor, but none would actually wield the power.

I feel compelled to address but one of the questions you raise at the end of this video: Were there ever in history such leaders that put their citizens' needs before their own? And the answer is, indeed there were, and many more will come in the distant future. Also, this is the norm in the universe, not an exception, according to the Vedas and Puranas and various ancient histories that seem like fairy tales to most people today. The Earth is usually ruled by tremendously powerful sage emperors (No figure of speech there, they're actually emperors. Take it at face value) who love and protect their subjects, and their vast empire flourishes beyond our wildest imagination, for lengths of time that will give headaches to most people today. However...
There are vast kingdoms of demonic species under the vast plane of the Greater Earth stretching across the universe. Their passions to conquer and rule the universe occasionally overflow and they manage to take over the earthly and even celestial kingdoms. But then God always intervenes at the behest of the citizens and resets the whole thing so goodness and justice rule again in his name. The conclusion is that no one likes demons, and no one likes having their head under their boot. Because even though logistically and technologically speaking they may excel, the soul which we all are wants purity, compassion, and love, and demons are too overwhelmed and lost in their mundane passions and ego and hubris to care.
