Thank you! As someone who grew up watching reruns of Who's the Boss?, I am reminded why this is one of the best '80s sitcoms ever! Tony and Angela were one of everyone's earliest ships, their will they/won't they romance was the stuff legends were made of, the kind we don't see on TV nowadays. They did really give Cheers' Sam and Diane and Moonlighting's David and Maddie a run for their money. And also, Mona, Sam, and Jonathan are perfect, too! That's all I have to say. Hope you have a marvelous March and keep on doing what you do! 💚🍀 I've got another super fun request for you. Can I please suggest you do a "5 Things You Didn't Know..." spotlight on Married...With Children in a future video?
This show was created by the folks who created Different Strokes. They were Blake Hunter, Martin Cohan and John Maxwell Anderson. They got tired of that show. Mona made a better mother! I couldn’t see Mona as her sister. Yes, the show should have paid for the makeup. Mona would have been a bad spinoff. Good video. I didn’t know these facts! Thanks ENC. One Fact: on tape night, Tony had the cast home by 7pm. He didn’t like to keep the audience waiting between takes. Hence, the taping and wardrobe changes were fast paced. I think that’s cool of him. Judith Light spoke highly of this.
Given the age gap it would have been strange and unrealistic to have Mona playing her older sister guessing mona was around 30 years older then her was better having her as her mother.
@@retrocereal I like Tony on both shows he used his real name! On Who's the Boss he became a bit soft LOL! Angela actually ends up proposing to Tony. Producers wanted Tony & Angela to get married in the series finale and pitched this idea to ABC which they loved but the production company Martin and Cohan said no. Having Tony and Angela wed would ruin the dynamic especially in reruns. It is also rumored that Tony Danza didn't want Tony and Angela getting married?!👰♀💐📺🙏

I will probably do one on MWC soon. I loved the show! Thanks for your comment. And I thought Tony and JL had great chemistry!
Nice one ENC! Loved that show.
Thank you my friend!
Is it wrong that the whole way through this Post I had the 'Friends' Bit Hold Me Close Now, Tony Danza stuck in my head!?!
LOL!!!
This was one of my favorite shows in the 1980s! Thank you for an awesome review!
You are welcome!!!!
I liked all the facts you shared!!!!
Thanks!!!!
Another great episode!!!!
Thanks!
I was a big fan of the show. These are great facts!
Thanks!!!!
ABC defiantly should have paid for JL makeup!
Glad to hear you agree!
There's way more than five things I don't know.
you missed your calling to be a comedian, Spike! :)

Interesting. I also heard that TD could be a bit of a hot head on set at times.

he'll. Name is Katherine.
I know. I mispronounced it. It's a common feature with me. I have a real hard time reading. Basically I'm an idiot
I was not a big fan of the show but this was a good video!!!
It was not for everyone! Thanks!!!
i agree with you, they should be the people to foot the bill
I had the biggest crush on Alyssa Milano as a kid.
Me too!
Sam was great for the first 4 seasons, Jonathan was great for the last 4 seasons. Mona was just amazing! Otherwise, meh.
I think your not alone that opinion.
@@retrocereal I usually am 😁
I can’t believe what they did about Judith’s acne! The lighting and heavy makeup are terrible for the skin!
Good point!
I liked Tony Danza better on Taxi.
I think that is true for a lot of people. I did not grow up on Taxi but if I did I think I would agree with you.
