Should this be revised from 1st person to 3rd person: "He gives to us", etc.? It is dangerous to use 1st person unless you are quoting something the Lord says i scripture, or at least giving a paraphrase of it. Or can you substantiate the words as actually said by God in the Bible?

A CROWN OF BLESSING FOR YOUR SHAME is in the song, but I haven't found that yet in the Bible.
The accompaniment does not seem suited to the sentiment of the song, as the accompaniment is kind of wierd (at least at times) calling to mind the esoteric or insane. BTW, that strange interweaving of notes does indicate a brilliant composer. - IMHO
