Just to verify your passport identity and visa yes. But you will go through the VIP process. Which is a lot quicker +++

Fewer amenities result in cheaper price and maintenance fees, so it's a plus. Nice size condo and excellent price (just the grey colour again that I find so dull -- but I guess it's easy to fix). Oh, almost forgot to mention, but the entrance door looks so secure and strong!!! Have you noticed it too guys?
Yes I did noticed. The built the older ones to last so the walls are extra thick too. So makes it a very quiet place to live. Grey is easy to paint over and hiring a painter here is easy. 👍

@@CoopersThaiAdventure Nice one, coops, I think fewer amenities and more space is more appealing. I have seen an ex-pat who owns his own condo. He had a large balcony, and he moved his kitchen to one side of the balcony, which left more space in his studio apartment. Is this allowed to be for older-style condos? His reasoning is that in addition to space gain, most Thais' have an outdoor kitchen so why add heat to your condo?
What is parking percentage to residence ratio? Any 2 bedrooms here and price?
I would say in that building it’s about 40% parking for cars. And same for bikes. Would be my best guess. That is the last unit for sale.
