Nighteye's prophecies are only possible by predicting the most outcomes and he could only see so far into the future. But like many times before, the future is unpredictable unless there are fixed points. Even then, some fixed points can be slightly changed.
Exactly by seeing the future you either make it in that moment or alter it.
@@kelj3901 which is why I'm thinking: If Nighteye had a second chance of seeing All Mights future or saw Deku's future. Could his prophecy have changed or been given more detail on what could happen? His power was, in a way, limited. He could only see someone's future to a certain point, once a day. So by that math, his "prophecies" were very limited by the information he had gotten from that one person. The more he did it with other people, the more information he would get and unlock several possible futures.

The hopes and wishes becoming reality might actually be the quirk singularity, that has been mentioned. This would be a weird theory but if enough people with quirks focused their energy on one singular goal it could be an underlying ability in quirks to do so, but due to people being independent and individual thinkers it doesn't happen under normal circumstances. As for quirk fusions between deku and 1a the coolest upgrades would be dark shadow with smoke screen creating his own darkness to power up. The tail hero and inajem,getting fa jin to increase their fighting potential in a long drawn out fight . Red riot getting gear shift to increase his speed and the electric kid I forget his name getting black whip and putting his electric power through that instead of the indiscriminate shock .

If you are focused on a single outcome, praying with all your heart, if you will, then you increase your odds by just a teeny bit. I like this idea, but the issue would be that you can't ever get literally everyone to be on the same side. A lot of people are cheering for the heroes, but not everyone.
@@AnimeUproar that's part of the reason why it hasn't happened yet, not enough people focusing, besides when All Might was fighting afo on screen the first time , which might be the reason All Might survived , not having access to his full power and being injured . It doesn't require everyone just enough people all with the same goal/wish. It also explains Endeavor losing against the high end nomu until the kid swayed people's heart with his speech, and Endeavor coming back at the end even if he was injured extensively.
I feel it works better as symbolism. Plus, isn't quirk singularity something else entirely?

Bakugo goes from the absolute worst and most annoying character in the series, to the absolute best over the course of multiple years. That's how you write good character development.

I couldn’t agree with this more. Bakugo’s character development shouldn’t be ignored and overlook. During my first run at this series, I didn’t really think much of Bakugo. But then his rematch with Deku changed my point of view about him from disliking him to liking him more and became my favorite character. And Horikoshi does a real great job at developing Bakugo’s character.
The whole story is only 2 months real time not years though

This is SO important. Bakugo felt responsible for the fall of All Might to the point that it was eating at him on the inside. But here, he got the save. Winning in order to save people, and saving people in order to win.

Here's a thought I've had for awhile. Some of the old possesors of one for all died early as others died in battle. What if this quirk is meant to be shared and by not sharing it can destroy the host of one for all? Deku will actually learn the full power and secret of one for all.

@@kingofthedong3908 Yes it is. Deku vs Shigiraki is core to the central story and character development of the 2. Also the dichotomy between them in how they were 2 results of the hero society All Might created, is part of what makes them tick as individuals and why they are 2 sides of the same coin.
With Deku, he idolised and became All Might's successor whereas Shigiraki was shunned by society and became the successor to AFO. The battle now is also the one to decide the fate of the world with 2 ends of the spectrum going against each other. Keep in mind, OFA was born out of the conflict between AFO and his younger brother.
Honestly I wanted to respond yesterday and it was worded much better but this is the basic rundown of why it really is the case.

I think that what Hori is suggesting is the cyclical nature of time. Deku and Bakugo represent the reincarnated 2 and 3rd, who worked together and began OFA. Shigaraki bears a strong resemblance to Yoichi. This is partially why i believe that instead of killing tomura, they will reach their hand out to the child crying within him.
Another note , probably not gonna happen but id love to see a follow up where Bakugo trains an 11th wielder of a rewound OFA after at some point in the future receiving it from Deku. (Long after this battle)
Offering OFA to a person who already has a quirk is like handing someone a ticking time bomb. Deku knows that. So the chances of that actually happening is really low.
@mainninjascorpion8380 eventually there might reach a point where even giving it to a person that is quirkless it could kill the. Since the main quirk is a stacking attribute. Even if that were the only quirk that was left like rumors suggest after enough generations it might give some people super strength to the point no body introduced to it would even be able to handle it.

teamwork is key, Dark Deku's message is about realizing he doesn't have to do it alone, and the ending will likely involve a big fight with everyone involved, including Uravity. It's definitely a team ending.

The only similarity is that they are rivals. Deku doesnt even need Bakugou to get stronger. He was given his power and made it his own. Goku and Vegeta literally use each other to make each other stronger.

The power of “group positive thinking” or one would say “mass meditations” is definitely a thing. People usually get ideas they put in shows based of effects and events from the “real world” anyway

This is possible because we are all electro magnetic beings. Living in an electromagnetic spectrum that allows things like telekinesis and telepathy to be 100% real
Finally the true prophecy, One For All 100% Mineta.
Honestly since Nighteye mentioned his theory about thought and wishes changing his predictions earlier in the story in the Overhaul arc then it kind of works in the story now. It would only be bad writing if they just last minute bring up the idea a couple chapters ago or now. It’s still a small comp out to avoid killing off All Might, but Horikoshi did set this idea in motion a while ago so in a way he made the smart move. Let’s not forget that if he shares One for All to other quirk users then they would potentially die sooner.
I saw it as everyone's wishes changing fate kinda thing. Nighteye saw Deku die as well, but strong outside forces got involved and were able to change his fate, i.e. Eri. Also, they're using the whole "a butterfly in another part of the world causing a tornado somewhere else". The breath of people wishing for All Might to live, the kinetic energy of people cheering for him, etc. etc. combined and helped flap Bakugo *juuuuust* a little bit quicker in order to save All Might in time. I mean, it's a shonen, it's not based on real world logic, lol. There's gonna be a lot of symbolism and suspension of disbelief.
If Deku (Izuku) shares OFA to the other students, then it is practically a copy of what Naruto did during the fourth Great Shinobi War in Naruto Shippuden. Naruto shared Kurama's (the Nine-tailed fox) chakra with many members of the shinobi alliance.
If Deku does share OFA to Class 1-A then they all needs to hold hands together in circle ⭕️ and here’s the idea

Doesn't make sense to share his powers. It's stronger with all of them being in him. The whole point of Deku's character is that he's spent his entire life watching and studying the top heroes so he knows how to best utilize a quirk to its full potential. He's even helped his own classmates optimize their own quirks. Even Bakugou learned from how Deku used moves similar to his quirk. Unless they have some hivemind telepathy so Deku can communicate to them real time and they follow everything he says, it wouldn't make sense to split the quirks.
The way I interpret the part with the wishes of the public I think it was more symbolic rather than actually contributing the rescue because honestly with how Deku and bakugo are currently, they are pretty amazing
I think the collection of thoughts and hopes changing the future or affecting the material plane is related to the real life concept of metaphysics. I remember watching a film that explored some of the more wilder theories relating to metaphysics and it addressed the concept of thoughts and hopes manifesting into reality if enough people joined together.
If Bakugo screams - 'We will win this !' I expect the fight to end soon.

For this Wishful Thinking stuff, it could be more like what Crimson Riot was talking about in Kirishima’s flashback where knowing that people are counting on them results in the heroes pushing harder to change the future. Also it could be that Nighteye’s vision was changed long ago due to Eri. Since Eri was continuously rewinding Deku during the Overhaul fight the time frame of Nighteye’s vision has never able to come to him and so once the fight was over and Overhaul’s part of the vision was unable to be fulfilled it retroactively changed the future in the long run, but Nighteye believed that the power of people was what drove the outcome that happened
That also makes sense because if deku was supposed to die there and didn't. Then he wouldn't have existed in nighteyes version of the future. But because, like you said, eri basically messed up the flow of time for deku specifically.
The timeline itself is fundamentally different from what nighteye saw back then.
@@adam122352 Yeah essentially Deku’s time couldn’t move forward cause Eri constantly was rewinding his time making him not exist in the future in the view of time so Nighteye’s vision could never had since Deku isn’t wear he’s supposed be in the flow of time. Uraraka with Blackwhip would go insane, especially with her quirk awakening
Tsuyu might use a Fa Jin and Smokescreen combo for stealth and speed
Iida would gladly benefit from Gearshift, but maybe also Fa Jin and using Blackwhip for turns
Mineta could use float to gain high let ground to launch his balls and I think that Sero might appreciate that too
Momo would use gearshift to slow down the rate at which her fat cells burn from her creations
Todoroki would benefit from danger sense(could have saved him from the kettle) to be able to counterattack enemies easily and from a far range
Ojiro, Sato, and Kirishima could use Fa Jin to increase their strength and mobility
Koda, Jiro, and Mina would be able to launch attacks from the sky, which definitely helps Koda to reach the birds that are higher
Tokoyami and Kaminari would use Blackwhip; toko because he likes black things, and kami because he can get closer to enemies
Aoyama would actually use float too, but maybe also smokescreen for surprise attacks
Hagakure would absolutely get a kick out of blackwhips coming out of nowhere and invisible bullets from Fa Jin and let’s not even talk about how she could use float to get closer to the sun, which gives off more light, which means a whole lot of blind people where she is
And that’s Class 1-A! Now we have to get to Class 1-B, who has had too much screen time and is coming back next year by no one’s approval

I would also love to see how Momo finally use her combat skills for once since she’s always useful for group of teamwork but useless on 1 vs 1 and somehow other Class 1-A minors who has combat skills that could possibly beat Momo is Sero, Kaminari, Tsuyu, Mina, Jiro, Shoji and maybe Mineta

Another thing I was think if Baku got a quirk boost from edgeshots procedure he may be able to incorporate dekus quirk without having to become an heir. if i am correct with this that would make Bakugo another way for all for one to get the quirk. To clear my thoughts up a bit Bakugos quirk combo maybe be able to incorporate dekus quirks without stealing them but this would make him a massive target for all for one because no vestiges would exist in him to stop the quirk from being stolen

I think the reason why Nighteye prophecy failed wasn’t just because of hope energy but he saw a fixed timeline. The less faith one has the more it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy instead a true future.

At the time Deku didn’t know what quirk and it was a simple miscalculation. He saw what look like All might dying in a gruesome blast but instead it Bakugo.

This is all I’m saying…. The quirk is called one for ALL. I’m almost 99.9% sure they will unleash some sort of special ability that allows him to share his quirk with all. That’s the REAL ability. He shares quirks , not stockpiles it.

if deku does end up temporarily give one for all the everyone in 1a I don't think 1a will get the past users quirks like deku but what I do think what would happen is that everyone would get the massive increase in strength and speed like deku has and evetlryones quirks would temporarily be boosted to there absolute potential and showing us even further quirk evolutions that they could achieve if they were to reach there full potential

Bakugo: Adding smokescreen to explosion would give so much more capabilities for disorienting enemies.
Uraraka: Adding float and gearshift to zero gravity's functionality would be like giving people the ability to fly at different speeds just by touching them
Shoto: Combining black wip with half cold half hot would give Todoroki the ability to compress and move the ice and fire he creates with more precision.
Are you talking about Bakugo, Uraraka and Shoto combining their quirks fusion to Deku and if it is then that would make a Quartet of Class 1-A

I like it… I think it’s very shonen actually… the notion that willpower manifests… and that a combined willpower can change destiny is really beautiful. Well at least to me.
It's not bad writing cause they have said multiple times that quirks are wishes made real. I'm not a huge fan of it but it checks out and is consistent so I accept it
Anyone notice that the instant that Deku transferred OFA by holding his hand, is very similar to the way they held hands to launch bakugo

Two Heroes = after Final Exams and before Forest Training Camp
Heroes Rising = after My Villain Academia
World Heroes Mission = during Endeavor Agency
But I do see them playing a interesting card towards the very end with Deku finding out that once he finishes the fight he will be killed by the strain all the quirks are having on his body so at the end he shares a quirk with each of his classmates Lessing the strain on his body leading to his survival and not over straining his classmates
I interpreted the events here differently. I think the message here is that the sheer force of will and admiration these two have for All Might inspired them to push forward, despite the forewarning, and ultimately saved a life rather than resolved to the odds. Bakugo was carrying the prayers of everyone with him, including his own at the core, and Deku helped that happen.
With bakugo now taking the fught to AfO it'll be interesting to see how it ends. Either Shiggy finishes him or Bakugo essentially erases him. Either way i don't see him surviving
Even with Edgeshot healing him, he better be clutching this fight
just that the MHA readers already expect the worst for all might. what more to keep them in suspense and excited but a plot twist like this

If you remember Banjo did tell Izuku that he will gain all of the previous users of one for all's quirks. So let's take this into consideration that Horikoshi-sempai is saying that one for all will evolve into a brand new quirk and that it will be midoriya's and his alone, which will allow izuku to, say power up any one of his friends, to the same levels of power that Bakugo is displaying at the moment.
Because Horikoshi-sempai did say that he wanted both boys to fight against all for one together, plus let us also look at the fact that bakugo is using the same power that he had during his fight against nine, so it stands to reason that midoriya's " evolved one for all quirk" could bring out the full potential of the others.

Now ive taken a few classes in anime bullshit science and the hopes and wishes being able to change fate could be part of two things. One of the most popular theories is due to the quirk singular. We've seen quirks that are capable of affecting people at long distance, it could be possible that someone has a fate changing quirk or a wishing quirk. Another could be due to everyone wishing for a reality to part of. Reality is whatever we perceive it to be, if everyone is wishing for a reality where almight lives, it's possible that it could affect the world around them.
Love how as Toshinori protected everyone that were wishing to be saved, their wishes came together to save Toshinori in a dire situation.
Everyone saying that the prayer and wish energy thing is true or bs when all we know it's just some metaphor or word play that horikoshi decide to convey it like that, and not some actual thing, while everyone who are convinced, is just over blowing it out of the water

it would be more on the line that the change in specific people would make the change, such as era change her mind from being a burden to wanting to be save and this moment was changed do to bakugo character development. it goes back to the dc comics cw series where specific people rather they die or not will alter the future and some people don't,

I really hope Deku does NOT end up sharing his One for All quirk with everyone else in order to beat All for One. That would be such a lame solution and a cop out from a writing standpoint.
Thor did the same thing in the "Thor: Love and Thunder" movie when he shared his God powers with all those little children to defeat the big bad of the film, and it was honestly very cringey. There were these tiny kids slapping the main villain with their stuffed animals supercharged with Thor-level electricity and force. Talk about a deus ex machina. 🤦♂️

Seems like over-thinking. It could be more symbolism of Bakugo knowing everyone's wishes (and examples we know because we've seen) because he wants it, too, and he digs deeper to take the opening Deku gave him and pull of this longshot
I was hoping we'd see AFO's reaction to Bakugo's rescue. AFO doesn't have much time yet and I don't want him to die with that smug look still on his face, confident that his plan is going to succeed somehow regardless. I want him to vanish full of rage at the prospect that everything he's been fighting for all these years is going to fall apart at the finish line.

I think it's not bad that the movies get their logic implied in the canon story. Meaning that the possibility of sharing OFA could happen again but rather through blood transfusion due to Deku actually sharing his blood from the 2nd movie to Bakugo it would be easier to let him access the OFA again and not tag team but equally make Shigiraki and AFO separate their attention and battle

He should be able to share indevidual quirks. The base ability is afterall to transfur a quirk. Having multiple is uncharted terratory in a number of ways.
If bakugou gets transmission or fajin from deku he won’t even need deku anymore💀he will stomp all for one and shigaraki solo lol
@@Meliodas-uv1tpyou do know deku has that too and even mastered and has more experience with those moves along with all the other moves he bakugo don’t have and deku has the power of ofa which makes him almost as strong if not the same level of prime all might physical power along with the new quirks all might didn’t have. Deku and shigraki are like even in the fight meaning bakugo is weaker. Bakugo also got destroyed by shigraki to the point everybody had to stall for deku so I’m not sure if 2 moves is gonna put him over shigraki using his full power i
@@legend_2543 current Deku and bakugou no diff prime allmight lol. Shigaraki was already equal to prime allmight with no quirks and then he got several transfermations with each one massively amping him and he was still getting speed blitzed and completely overpowered by Deku and even worse by bakugou. Bakugou was already extremely injured to the point where his body was barely holding it self together and he still would have killed shigaraki if he had 2 minutes before his destroyed body gave out. Near death bakugou performed better than a completely fresh deku.
@@Meliodas-uv1tp shigraki physical strength was on the same level of prime all might true but with his quirk he beats prime all might. bakugo being injured is his fault, shigraki beat him fairly we not even sure if bakugo would’ve actually beat him if his body could’ve last enough while everyone else literally was jumping skigraki bakugo wasn’t alone bakugo doesn’t compare to deku or shigraki that’s the whole point of everyone jumping shigraki and everyone begging deku to come the heroes knew that they can’t beat shigraki especially if he’s able to use quirk the entire time. Bakgugo speed blitzing or whatever one or two times don’t prove anything he still got outplayed. that’s like saying in boxing I landed 4 or 5 hits on mayweather but I still lost that entire round. But cause of bakugo new power I think he’s gonna be all for one, while deku finishes shigraki
