Hello again from the USA! I’ve made some of your dishes & they are delicious…again thank you for sharing. I try to incorporate a lot of vegetables in my dishes. I use a lot of different spices as well…but…I need to use Tumeric sparingly….turns my foods different colors 😂….but it’s supposed to be good for us…todays meal looks delicious as always ❤❤

What was the second meal you prepared in the tandoor? It looked like a samosa. I’m sure the care you gave the dough and adding butter made it just the right thickness and gave it a crispy texture. Can you add other ingredients to the filling? I know you used beef and onions but can you add potatoes, peas, or lentils? Hello again from the USA! I’ve made some of your dishes & they are delicious…again thank you for sharing. I try to incorporate a lot of vegetables in my dishes. I use a lot of different spices as well…but…I need to use Tumeric sparingly….turns my foods different colors 😂….but it’s supposed to be good for us…todays meal looks delicious as always ❤❤

What was the second meal you prepared in the tandoor? It looked like a samosa. I’m sure the care you gave the dough and adding butter made it just the right thickness and gave it a crispy texture. Can you add other ingredients to the filling? I know you used beef and onions but can you add potatoes, peas, or lentils?
