Thank you friend for this fantastic video! Touring Inveraray Castle with you was such a treat. The castle’s historic charm and stunning architecture really came to life through your lens. Inveraray Castle looks absolutely stunning! I love how you explored every corner of this historical gem. The blend of the castle's rich history with your engaging storytelling made this episode a real treat. Keep up the great work!
@travelbynikolakarakas it was an incredible castle, wasn't it? We enjoyed our visit there. Thank you for your kind comments and for stopping by to watch our video. Come again soon for more from our Scotland trip or feel free to watch others already uploaded to the playlist (or even any of our regular life vlogs from the past). Have a great day!
Thank you for putting this series together of your trip. I've enjoyed watching them. My plan is to go next summer. Fun fact I'm originally from your part of NY. My folks still live in the area.
@catherinemccollister2103 we're glad you've been enjoying them, Catherine! Thanks for watching and commenting! We've got plenty more to share, as this video only brings us to the end of our 6th day (out of 14 there). You must be getting excited for your own trip. That's neat to hear you're from our area! Thanks for stopping by the Old House (virtually)! Come again soon! Our Scotland videos are uploaded every Saturday at 9 AM (until we finish going through all our footage).
Another great vlog guys I really wish we had stopped here on our travels - what a beautiful castle and gardens!! Incredible interior and those staff rules are crazy!! 😃 We have driven past the Loch Fyne fishery twice now and haven't stopped - must rectify this Loch Fyne is just so beautiful!!
That was definitely an impressive and beautiful castle and gardens. You'll have to add it (and the fishery) to your checklist for your next Scotland trip. Loch Fyne was indeed very beautiful. Probably one of our favorite lochs we saw. And now, Dave, I must avert my eyes and become invisible as I believe I've talked too much, per the rules. LOL 😆
@scottwhite2043 we're sure there is more than one app for looking up flowers but we were way to busy to worry about any of them. Too many other things to see and do! 😂
This was a good video! Your channel seems very interesting, and I have subscribed. We live in NY state, too- about halfway between Buffalo and Niagara Falls. I look forward to watching other things that you post.
@janetryan9779 thank you for your kind comments and for subscribing! It's always nice to have others from our home state popping in and joining us. As Bills/Sabres fans, we're fairly familiar with your area of the state. We hope you continue to enjoy our videos, past and present, and feel free to leave us a comment anytime!
@@OldHouseOnTheCorner Yes, many in this area are into the sports teams- but I also enjoy our world-class Buffalo Philharmonic orchestra, the natural beauties of the area, and the rich historical past! There are many nice things about NY state. :)
@janetryan9779 we agree 100%. We've enjoyed visits to Old Fort Niagara, Buffalo Naval Park, Niagara Falls and much more. (Big thumbs up for Paula's Donuts too!) And that's just one of the many lovely locations in our state!
@@OldHouseOnTheCorner Those are all great places to visit! I am a volunteer reenactor at Old Fort Niagara and am always pleased to hear that someone visited, and enjoyed their time there. It’s a fascinating place- as are the other sites you mentioned. (Yes, Paula’s Donuts rate an A+!). I look forward to seeing future videos of yours. Have a great day! 🙂
@janetryan9779 another reenactor?! Nice to hear that! I (Dale) spent a number of years as a reenactor (although different time period). It's definitely a good way to acquire "hands on" experience for some of the things we generally only read about. Yes, we enjoyed Old Fort Niagara very much (and I have been there several times). Both Claudine and I enjoy history a lot. Our honeymoon was even spent in Williamsburg and Jamestown!
Oh my!!! Great job y’all.. I truly felt blessed by this well done video of Inveraray Castle… Thank you.
