Finally using people with intermittent tinnitus for research. It seems so obvious to me. I will happily offer myself for research.

We need more research, tinnitus is terrible. I sincerely hope they find some drug or medication that can stop the tinnitus. A year and a half of this and I don't know how I'm going to live for decades like this.

How are you coping? Mine started over a week ago and I'm finding it hard to sleep or stay in a silent room.

@@BK-1103 Little adaptation, I can sleep better, but I have three to four different tinnitus now. I hear two of them all day long, indescribable sounds. I'm practically surviving instead of living. Yours is still new, it could disappear within 6 months. Try NAC and low stress.

Can we focus on more research? Like, imagine if we could focus in on the brain and heal whatever causes the tinnitus.

Six months carnivore diet ,intermediate fasting, sun light am pm minimum 30 minutes, grounding 45 minutes, simple yoga with breathing techniques, sleep 10 pm, supplement: Taurine, magnesium, vitamin D3, B12, Zinc copper. Anxiety is the main culprit, don't panic, stay out from all negative comments & news. Learn new languages or any new skills that is neuroplasticity & in few months your central nervous system will become normal, brain neurons will come to normal & silence can be achieved. Stay cool, tinnitus is not for life.
